Oh say can you see! By ALPHA's early light!

  • Alexander Shaw's first challenge for his Red Mountain Fund ended with a bang! Dash Springfield gave it his all, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to deal with LIONS F.C.! Plus, a company-shaking announcement was made! Red Mountain Casino has posted a clip of the encounter to its YouTube channel. VIDEO LINK: http://alpha.nearzone.com/?p=778
  • One important thing came out of that heinous attack: the announcement of A~4: Coronation Chase to crown the first King of Savage! On July 17th, eight men will face off in a tournament for the honor in what promises to be a night of incredible battles. The LIONS Fight Club owns this upcoming championship, so they will be sanctioning A~4, a situation that will certainly put the freelance competitors on edge. ALPHA co-consul and LFC director Anton Assault had this to say: "We are interested in discovering who is the best wrestler in ALPHA. A~4 will be fairly fought and after it is done there will be no dispute over who is the best in this company."
  • As previous winners of A~ tournaments, both John Hurst and Alexander Shaw automatically qualify for A~4. Since Hurst has won two, he's claimed another pick for the tournament, which has been authorized by Assault. Hurst's pick will be revealed at a later date.
  • This Saturday, the qualifying for A~4 begins! Andre Miller, who debuted against Javier Sikkan last week in a losing effort, nevertheless has a chance to turn things around as he seeks to make an impact in ALPHA. However, in order to get to A~4, he's got to go through the brick wall known as Barron Ulysses! When questioned, Ulysses had only one thing to say: "CRRRUUUUUUSSSH!"
  • The second A~4 qualifying match scheduled for Saturday pits Byron Maloka against one of the men who has been hired to put a stop to Maloka's antics in Jay Mathers. At ALPHA 11, Maloka racked up a $500 fine in his effort to defeat Ulysses, which he did by DQ when he was attacked by the Royal Lancers. Will this weekend be revenge as well as a chance to become the first King of Savage? It all depends on if Maloka can get his fines paid; if he doesn't, Mathers will win by forfeit and immediately move onto the tournament proper!
  • We are pleased to announce yet another new signing for ALPHA: Lex Fox! This young wrestler is no doubt about to make waves in pro wrestling, and he'll start this Saturday when he takes on Doug Chase!
  • "The Hot Topic" Dash Springfield's stock begins continues to rise in the world of wrestling, as he has been ranked #10 in Primetime Central's June rankings! Despite the vicious attack from LIONS F.C. at ALPHA 11, Dash is ready for battle once again, and he will square off against Jake Landell at ALPHA 12!
  • Qualifying for A~ tournaments has always been an issue for D.R. Kongo. Still nominally a member of the LIONS Fight Club and therefore subject to the whims of Anton Assault, he's had to fight tooth and nail to get anywhere. This Saturday, Kongo will team up with A~3 winner Alexander Shaw to take on the LFC stalwarts Rodrigo De La Zed and Josh Cameron! To sweeten the pot, ALPHA co-caliphs Daniel Stann and Anton Assault have agreed that if Kongo and Shaw win, Kongo will get achance to qualify for A~4 next week at ALPHA 13!
  • This weekend it's ALPHA 12: Independence Fray! We at ALPHA salute our country's history by holding more than an hour of intense wrestling action at a level that is head-and-shoulders above anyone else! The stakes are always getting higher, which means the battles will only get more brutal! Only $7.99 to witness the best wrestling on the planet today!
