Don't worry your little head, ALPHA's here again!

  • At ALPHA 19: System Crash, LIONS Fight Club director Anton Assault threw down the gauntlet: a six-man tag match at ALPHA 20 to decide who got to choose the next challenger for the King of Savage title!
  • This Saturday's ALPHA 20 will be main-evented by a huge tag team match pitting three members of LFC -- King of Savage John Hurst, Nathan Rageous, and Josh Cameron -- against Alexander Shaw and two wrestlers he can find to team with him. With Barron Ulysses occupied, it seemed elementary that Shaw's squad would consist of LFC expat D.R. Kongo and Just Wrestling Champion Dash Springfield. However, at ALPHA 19, Springfield's run-in with the LFC seemed to take the fight out of him and he has informed the ALPHA head office and Shaw that he will not be participating! "That's fine, if he feels the need to protect himself, so be it," Shaw said. "This is our fight and we'll go it alone if we have to." Will Springfield change his mind or is this going to turn into a three-on-two handicap battle?
  • If there's one man in ALPHA you don't want to cross, it's big Barron Ulysses. But Lex "21st Century" Fox has done just that, most recently raising the Buffalo native's ire by preventing him from helping his team out in the main event of ALPHA 19. Ulysses sent a message to the ALPHA office: "Next week! Ulysses! Fox! In the ring!" ALPHA head office has listened to Ulysses and signed the match! At ALPHA 20, Ulysses will square off wit Lex Fox! Can Fox do what he's been claiming and pin the big man, or will Ulysses teach him a lesson about crossing the Crush King?
  • It seems that Red Mountain Casino's executives have a larger problem with Byron Maloka than can be solved with fines. RMC spokeswoman Chandra Taylor headed down to the ring after the six-man main event and gave the Royal Lancers a cricket bat, which they used in a vicious attack on Maloka's legs! As a result, Maloka is out of action this week, though both he and Jackson have promised revenge.
  • The Royal Lancers, however, seem to be moving onto other concerns. "We are the best tag team in ALPHA," Jay boasted. "And it's time for us to prove that instead of wasting our time with pissants like the Surf Ninjas." This Saturday, they'll lock horns with the new team of Canada's Finest, who are out to make a name for themselves coming off a victory against Doug Chase and Jake Landell at ALPHA 19.
  • Last week, Kevin Alloy offered $1,000 to the first person who could pick him up and slam him to the mat. Dash Springfield couldn't do it, though he tried his hardest. This week, Alloy stands toe-to-toe with LFC's Rodrigo De La Zed, who will try his luck when they face off in singles competition!
  • With the upcoming A+ special will also come several changes to the format of ALPHA's weekly pay-per-views. First and foremost will be the addition of a two-man commentary team for every event. The ALPHA commentary booth will be manned by ALPHA co-dux Daniel Stann and local radio host Lanny McCorkle. More will be revealed on the new format in the weeks to come!
  • This Saturday is ALPHA 20: The Battle of Red Mountain, and we'll decide the challenger for John Hurst's King of Savage title! Will Alexander Shaw and D.R. Kongo have to fight an uphill battle? Plus, Lex Fox tries to make a name for himself againt Barron Ulysses, and we have two more great matches on tap! It's only $7.99 for some of the hardest hitting, most electrifying wrestling action in the world today! Order now by calling 1 800 MOD ERNV or visiting www.modernvision.com today!
