ALPHA: not just for breakfast anymore!
- At the behest of Javier Sikkan, Barron Ulysses successfully met Kevin Alloy's slam challenge, but he didn't stop there! Sikkan, Ulysses, and Jasyn Baine attacked Alloy brutally after the match, finishing him off with a Crush Rush! That was two weeks ago. Last Saturday at ALPHA 26, Sikkan and his new group addressed the crowd before a match pitting Kevin Alloy against Jasyn Baine. If you want to find out what was said, check out this video. - Just Wrestling Champion Dash Springfield has not lost his belt! Though the JWC is still unrecognized by ALPHA, Springfield has nevertheless increased his winning streak by defeating LIONS F.C. member Rodrigo De La Zed at ALPHA 26! This week, Springfield takes on Josh Cameron, the man who took out D.R. Kongo! Can Cameron continue his record by eliminating Springfield this Saturday or will the Hot Topic continue his renegade reign?
- Two Death or Glorys delivered by the Royal Lancers is nothing to take lightly. The Surf Ninjas, Byron Maloka and Brian Jackson, could have been seriously injured. Yet they survive, and Maloka has even consented to square off against a mystery opponent this week! The Surf Ninjas have not forgotten, however, and the Royal Lancers will certainly still be after them!
- Plans for A+ II are getting underway now and we can announce the theme song for the event: "We Roam" by Saviours! Hear it by clicking here!
- The Creel Boys continue to hunt Canada's Finest to avenge their loss in an A≈ qualifier, but they'll be taking a little detour when they go two-on-two with Buddy Saxon and Anh Karley Kompost! Saxon and Kompost were unsuccessful against Canada's Finest last week. Will this odd pairing have more success this week?
- The war between the LIONS Fight Club and Alexander Shaw's Militia has been a storied one, and just because Dash Springfield is taking point doesn't mean the rest of the group has stopped fighting. This week, Shaw and Maurice Thompson team up with Kevin Alloy to take on LFC's Nathan Rageous and Rodrigo De La Zed who tag with former Shaw ally Barron Ulysses! Alexander Shaw has been in something of a funk since losing to King of Savage John Hurst at A+, but he's started to make a bit more of a stir lately. At the same time, Rageous and DLZ are pushing toward success. And the issue between Alloy and Ulysses is just beginning! All this should make for an explosive match and it's our opener!
- Greg Davis made a great impression last week by defeating Alaska Jack, but it was by just a split-second. Can he do the same this week against Andrew Crow? Crow is as tough as they come, but Davis has shown himself to be a more-than-capable competitor. Add onto that the fact that Crow has got to be watching over his back for Prince Matautia and Special Envoy Patrick Feu'u and the odds are definitely in Davis's favor.
- This weekend the Red Mountain Casino presents ALPHA 27: Springfield vs. Cameron! We've also got a huge six-man opener, putting Kevin Alloy, Alexander Shaw, and Maurice Thompson up against Barron Ulysses, Nathan Rageous, and Rodrigo De La Zed! And that's not all!
