Hope you've been reading your ALPHA books, class, 'cause it's time for a pop quiz!
- After a long wait, we are proud to announce that the video-on-demand version of our A+ II spectacular is online! Headlined by a stellar King of Savage title match between King John Hurst and the last Just Wrestling Champion Dash Springfield, the show was absolute EXCITEMENT from top to bottom! Head to www.modernvision.com to check it out! LINK: A+ II
- John Hurst is STILL your King of Savage! But if the aftermath of the title match was any indication, Alexander Shaw and his Militia are hot on their heels and not about to give up the fight!
- A HUGE announcement is set for this Saturday's ALPHA 31: Burnout! What could it be? The Red Mountain Casino board of directors, which holds ALPHA's pay-per-view contract with Modern Vision, is keeping very tight-lipped so far. You'll have to tune in this Saturday to find out!
- The competition of ALPHA has proven too much for many previous talents to handle, but that just means there's more to go around for hungry newcomers! As seen on A+ II, ALPHA has signed the highly acclaimed Heirs of Wrestling to a contract! At this Saturday's ALPHA 31, they'll be taking on the feared Royal Lancers, who will definitely be out for blood after losing to the Surf Ninjas at A+ II.
- In addition, the tag team combination known as the World's Swaggest Tag Team will be making their presence felt this Saturday when they butt heads with Andre Miller and Doug Chase!
- A hefty fine was laid on Prince Matautia for blowing a fireball at Andrew Crow to end their match at A+ II. Though Crow got a disqualification win and Matautia is being forced to pay $1000 to the Casino, he arguably got the better of the deal as Crow is out of ALPHA indefinitely!
- Both Canada's Finest and the Surf Ninjas secured wins at A+ II and both can make a strong claim to being the best tag team in ALPHA today. This weekend, the Canadian Jean LaFrench takes on the surfing "Danger Kid" Byron Maloka in singles action. Will the Finest repeat their performance at A Double-Dash or can Maloka ride the momentum from A+ II to a victory?
- The hope is always that an issue can be settled after a match, but in reality, that's not always the case. The Militia is still warring with the LIONS Fight Club, and though the LFC is still on top, A+ II showed that the battle might be getting desperate. This week in a crazy six man main event, the Militia's Dash Springfield found two likeminded individuals in "Killdozer" Kevin Alloy and El Gallito to take on the LFC's Josh Cameron and Nathan Rageous, who will be joined by the snarling Samoan Prince Matautia!
- This Saturday, it's the return! ALPHA 31: Burnout! The big test is over, but that doesn't mean you get to rest! Venettas, intrigue, new talent, and four big matches all for only $9.99! Call 1 800 MOD ERNV or visit www.modernvision.com to order!
