Since the request from Bell was on this board (and I apologize for taking so long to replhy) I'll post this here. -Sir Tyler Holbridge. Knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1997, Tyler is a veteran of the Royal Air Force and a 40-year veteran of the squared circle in one fashion or another. Nearly 70 as of this writing Tyler is an unshakeable and, seemingly, unassailable interviewer who is so respectable that even the vilest heel would rather use his presence to seem more credible then hurt him to seem more powerful. The very picture of a proper British gentleman Holbridge has a few verbal tics important to note for anyone using him in an interview. He uses no slang whatsoever, expresses past dates as "the year of our lord", and will flinch away from no topic even those that might upset a wrestler when addressed by another interviewer. He is so respectful that, for the most part, his interviewee will share more than he might otherwise. It is also important to note that Tyler studies his interviewees extensively and has an encyclopedic knowledge of wrestling besides. Imagine Tyler as "Mean" Gene Okerland in terms of performance and "Lord" Alfred Hayes in terms of personality. |
