Different style of pay per view opening than the usual video and highlights we normally do but I thought it worked well giving the pay per view a big time feel to it.

Freeman v. Wright:

I know that people disagree with this being on the pay per view and not the preshow but I personal feel this is the type of match that should open all pay per views. Two new comers in a federation putting on a show as they try to show they quote un-quote belong on the big show. I know both Freeman and Wright have been extremely pivotal in other leagues so it's nice to have them in PVW. Personally I'm not sure I was thrilled with the time limit draw and the extending of the match for the extra five minutes but I think it did help both characters get their respective finishers over.

Rob Cole Promo:

I liked it short and to the point, the time for talking is done. It's really what you would expect from a man stepping into a ring surrounded by barbwire with Craven.

Sinister v. Biz:

This cycle had a bunch of turn over and turmoil in people's personal lives and this feud was one of them that was affected by it. I agree that this was a good feud match and I do like the ending with Sinister using a chair. Honestly a man can only take so much before he ends up doing what others do to him. This win and the end of the show events do put Sinister in a nice position for the next cycle. Only time will tell what Sinister does with it.

Chris Hartt Promo:

Once again it's a straight forward promo, stating that it all ends tonight. Hartt has been up and down in his tenure in the PVW and I did like this angle with Nevermind as it seemed to give him a greater focus than he had in a while.

The Spectre v Sammy Knight:

This feud gave Sammy Knight some legs in the PVW and I think he did a good job over coming his initial reaction from the federation upon his arrival. The end result was what it needed to be with Spectre going over.

HvD Promo:

Good promo from the American Champion. I think it did it's job as a final promo for the match.

Hartt v. Nevermind:

I'm not a fan of the object on a pole match but I think this one was done well. I know the ending was questionable to some but I liked it. It completely fit in with the way Nevermind has potrayed himself since he debuted in the federation and he should have stolen the initial satisfaction of Hartt crowning him. I'm interested to see where both guys in the next cycle and I hope Hartt uses this cycle to get back to the championship form he once had.

Senor Cloak Dos Promo:

Best pure face in the federation, in my opinion. 'Nuff said.

American Championship Match:

For the record I think Fontana had a hell of a cycle even if his face turn angle got a bit soap opera-ish for my tastes. Really th But in the end this is another feud that was marred by personal life coming before this hobby (which I completely understand, so please anyone who has had life problems come first don't think that opening remark is a shot at anyone.) I thought the match was well written and I think the double turn was done well. Should be interesting to see what a full fledge face run from Fontana will produce and HvD is returning to the heel role he started in the PVW with, which I think he seemed to be a bit more comfortable in at times.

AsH Promo:

Another strong promo from AsH. He was a pleasant surprise for me this cycle, cause I won't lie some of his earlier work gave me headaches. But when went to the more serious promos it just seemed to click for him and he ran off a strong string of promos heading into the main event.

Rob Cole v. William Craven:

This match was exactly what I figured it would be a blood bath. You have the sadistic Rob Cole, insane William Craven and barb wire ... not much else it could be. Sure some of the spots seemed to be violent for the sake of the violence but that's what happens in certain gimmick matches. I think Craven going over was the right decision as he needed it more than Cole. I'm glad to see the feud over as I think both Cole and Craven need new directions to help revitalize themselves a bit.

Chance Holiday Debut:

Different than your usual I'm here opening promo so let's see where it goes.

Senor Cloak Dos v. Christopher Black:

Nice use of the segments to set up the big match. The right character went over in this match and I agree with everyone who said that the fed probably would have rioted if Dos didn't go over. I think Bell did a good job writing the match, even with the fact he was worried that he wouldn't be able to live up to the emotion of the entire feud. I'm more interested in seeing where Black goes this cycle as I think this is pivotal for the character after the intensity and vile nature of this feud.

Hayes Promo:

This was one of Hayes better promos this cycle. At times he seemed to phone it in but when it mattered he stepped up.

Max & Sal v. Livestock & The Gutch:

I wrote this and rereading it, I now see various ways I could have made it a stronger match and yes Dro I did over sell the cage at the start of the match considering the barb wire match was on the card. The match did get a bit chaotic at times but I think Max and Sal going over was the right choice in the end. With the new influx of teams coming in I'm really looking forward to see the direction Livestock and The Gutch go without an advisor. If I'm right it will be the first time in PVW that they haven't had someone managing them. It's the dawn of a new era in the PVW tag division and Im looking forward to see where it goes.

Daniels v. Detson:

I think Dro did a good job with the match and the 100 turnbuckle spot made me laugh and was something I could see Daniels doing. Daniels in the role of President should be funny and lead to some different things show to show. Detson's path is clearly laid as the challenger to Hayes and the world title. Both guys have a ton of upside in the coming cycle and I really want to see what they both do.

AsH v. Hayes:

Another good match. It made Hayes look stronger in his role as champion and gave AsH some requested time off. The post match firmly established the new version of HOPE and I hope they go in the direction I want to see but only time will tell that one.
Bell had a vision for the post match that he laid out and I just added details to it. I'm glad it received for the most part a positive reaction cause honestly if it didn't I'm pretty sure it would have killed the new HOPE before they even got out of the gate.

Overall I feel it was a strong pay per view that had a number of good to really good matches and really lays some awesome ground work for the upcoming cycle.

Great overall work guys.

Sorry about the previous headaches Rob. I know Bell rubbed his temples at mine a few times. It was more of a feeling out process as well as openly poking fun at my own inability to find a good direction for AsH. But when you and Bell put your (undeserved) trust in me to main event the PPV, it really gave me the spark to run with it.

So thank you both, again. I had a blast and now that AsH actually has some legitimacy, I need to see what I'm going to do with both him and Weaver... as I know I can only shoot one singles at a time.
