All Access for February 8th, 2012 *** Early this morning, the Championship Committee announced that on the upcoming Fourth Anniversary Show, former National Tag Team Champions, Violence Unlimited, will receive their title rematch against whoever the champions are at that time. There is ongoing discussion regarding a possible added stipulation to that match as well. *** Travis Lynch continues to ask the Championship Committee to schedule a No Countout, No Disqualification match for the PCW World Title against Rex Summers. Summers and manager Buddy Morton have constantly refused the request, saying that they're "done with that hayseed." Jim Watkins is said to be taking the request very seriously however and may overrule Summers and Morton. *** Longhorn Heritage Champion Robert Donovan seems to be stuck in a rut in recent weeks. "All I hear is him talking about a match with Dufresne," said one source who asked not to be named, "What about his OWN title? That thing is sitting around undefended. If the legacy of the LWC means so much to him, you would think he'd want to defend it every night." *** The Antons were said to have impressed many in the front office with their performance during the tag match against Playboy Enterprises last SNW. "I think a lot of folks didn't know they were capable of delivering a match like that," said Todd Michaelson. *** The locations for the upcoming Anniversary mini-tour are starting to come together with the front office announcing this morning that the March 20th event will take place in Oklahoma City at the Sawyer Center and the March 21st event will happen at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. That leaves two more big events to be scheduled and our sources say that fans in Mississippi and Louisiana better get ready for the excitement of AWA action in their area! |
