But the description said that the ref saw everything!

False!

And anyway, the ref was dragged out of the ring during Donovan's pinfall!

[Dave Cooper climbs to his feet, spotting the Bishops but gets tackled by Duane Henry before he can make a run for it. GM: NO!

You're misinterpreting it. That makes you wrong!

The ellipses in this case denote continuing action. So, the action blocks linked by them would fit under the "all of which" category.

So, the referee was tied up with Cousin Bo during the attack on Donovan but clear as day saw the stuff involving Cooper as he "struggles to get away from Cousin Bo."

As far as a DQ on the pullout of the ref, that's at a referee's discretion.

Well, I learned two things today.

1. Strategic use of ellipses denote one set of continuing action.

2. When I try to copy and paste from a PDF document, somehow all of the apostrophes get changed into lower-case f's.

I always thought that for momentary continuation ye old double-dash was the best method.

[Hey look at that--]

Were I to use ellipses in bracketed description for matchwriting (which, admittedly, I seldom do in recent years) I'd use them to denote a passage of time. IE - for summary matches and/or a pre-taped, edited match with the slow parts left out.
And it was at this moment that the entire world realized, in unison, that tandem bicycles were AWESOME~!
