Other thoughts:

-Starting to become a Supreme Wright fan.

-Monosso vs. Nenshou - It has to happen eventually. Cheered at the Quarters announcement, but now fearing this is just a tease.

-Bad luck, Walls. Along with Nenshou/Marley, November/Pure X was an involving read.

-"BW: It aint a three-on-one until Vasquez does his job!" :D

Thanks, man! I was shocked I was able to produce work, even some of it quality. Hell, even if Bren never rped, I woulda put Pure X over Novy knowing my history.

Getting some compliments of late for the Novy stuff is a bit uplifting. Thanks everyone!

 That was pretty damn cool. I wonder if Monosso will embrace the face turn or go back to telling the fans how horrible they are, though. :D

One hell of a Final Four, looking very forward to seeing how it turns out. I honestly feel like anybody could win it -- then again I felt that at the round of eight, too, and for that matter for most of the round of 16.

Usually with these tournaments the writing is clearly on the wall for somebody way before it ends, but this one has managed to avoid that and present a field where it felt like anyone who worked well and hard enough on their stuff could make it all the way to the end, so kudos.

Also, I'm coming for you eventually, winner! Donovan never got his National Title match!1

 Got a nice piece of feedback for Night One that made me smile and I thought I'd share it...

"You, sir, are the master of drama. When Supreme beat Craven, I literally jumped out of my seat! Dont think the downstairs neighbors liked that much, considering I was reading it at about 4 in the morning :) Everybody jump aboard the Supreme Wright bandwagon!

And then, after all that happened before the match and during, seeing Monosso beat Nenshou, man, I was left breathless. This whole tournament has been worth it just for those two matches alone!

Man, I am now completely psyched for Night Two."

When fed heads ask for feedback, it's e-mails like this that make us smile. Sure, we like the constructive criticism as well... especially if it's valid and specific and helpful but in the end, we're suckers for little stories like this that make us realize how much you guys appreciate our efforts.

 As a fed head I found feedback practically made a fed live or die. I found I generated a lot more energy and enthusiasm when I got strong feedback in either direction.

 I think that was the least douchiest Supreme Wright has sounded all tournament. Between that and the reaction to Monosso, I wouldn't mind seeing a face run from either or both men in the days to come.

 Well, I had one hell of a douche promo railing against hardcore, ready...but stripped it down to the bare bones that we saw after Blue said to keep things brief.

Got no idea how I'm gonna approach night two yet, though.
