What should be the limit of a JTTS's push?
An unhandled character (JTTS) should never go over a handled character under any circumstances 1 (6.3%)
A JTTS should only go over a handled character in an emergency or flaking handler 6 (37.5%)
If a JTTS gets over, he should be allowed to beat handled characters, but not win titles 4 (25%)
If a JTTS gets over, he should be pushed as far as warranted, and should not even be restricted from winning titles 5 (31.3%)

I'm torn somewhere between option 2-3. I can argue either way pretty easily. I don't think a JTTS should ever HOLD a title but I'd be ok with a brief victory/win for the right reasons. But I wouldn't want to see them carry the title for an extended period of time when there's so many deserving characters out there. But I'd love to see a 1-2-3 Kid or even a Barry Horowitz type scenario with a JTTS character from time to time.

It's a little late but I think I've changed my mind. If an angle calls for an uber-heel or uber-face and there isn't one in the league it's the GM, er, the fedhead's duty I mean to fill that role, albeit temporarily. Give the players someone to fight at the top tier if there's no great opponent to be had~! Make an NPC, dangit~!
And it was at this moment that the entire world realized, in unison, that tandem bicycles were AWESOME~!

Blue already made Koyla champion for 9 months. Then again, he's never been portrayed as a mere JTTS.

Not all staff characters are JTTSes. Sweet Daddy Williams, for example, is a legit character. In the old days, people would gripe about fedhead run characters, but I think we know that AWA isn't about competition at this point.

Plus, Kolya was great.
