Holy crap, the 9th Street Spider! Edit: Gah! Blue edited out the part where Matsui called Juan "John-boy"...now it just looks like Vasquez is introducing himself for no apparent reason!

And Sharif's inverted tiger suplex turned into "grabs his arm and throws". Heh, we need a writer's guide to determine what we're not supposed to put in. He also censored the word in the Monosso RP, but that's easily understandable. After all, the kids could if they heard that AND 'John-boy' in the same show. And that's terrible. Fun show! |

So, here's the problem with that - The original e-mail you guys sent me with the promo didn't have that part. When you sent the part where you "added the staredown," nobody mentioned there were other changes in it and I'd already put the piece in the show so... I wondered what the hell that line was all about. And yes, I did edit out the Goodeblaster. AWA legal thought we might get sued. And yes, I did edit out some suplex thing off the platform to the floor because a) I had no idea what you were describing with an "inverted Tiger suplex" and b) it seemed like too "hardcore" of a spot for that moment. Anybody else have edits they'd like to discuss? =) |

You can't make a Waltons reference. All the AWA fans would start switching the channels, looking for a rerun.

Meanwhile, Danny Morton can stroke his head on television without censure! Parental guidance in the south must be VERY different. Matsui called Vasquez John-boy in the original version of the promo, btw. It was changed to "Vasquez" in post-production! |

It's just that front double-arm suplex that Gangrel used to use every match. It's not exactly a death spot. :-) But I can see how not being sure would get it pulled. And "John-boy" is now going to become a running gag. Let's do it!
Got any more you'd like to tell us about? |

Double-overhook suplex or a trap suplex. Trapping suplex This is when a wrestler holds both the opponent's arms under his own (known as overhooks in mixed martial arts and amateur wrestling, as the arms loop under the opponent's arms from above) with the hands connected below the opponent's triceps, from here the opponent is left secure and unable to counter or move away from the attacker while he/she delivers a belly-to-belly throw flipping the opponent overhead in the normal belly-to-belly motion. In amateur wrestling and other contact-sports, the trapping suplex is called the suicide throw. It is done slightly differently, usually the opponent is tossed to the side and lands on their back. |

That's the side suplex Dino Bravo used. More recently, the spinning one Kevin Nash did. |
