I do agree the call outs seemed a bit samey-samey. I do wish that the call outs were more shocking. Most of them seemed quite obvious. I get Vasquez calling out Dufresne, but it woulda been more fun (perhaps) if low card guys did the calling out and we got matches we'd never otherwise see.

Regardless, the show is still alot of fun. Really good writing and matches and even some new peeps kinda coming up or debuting in some way or another.

I'm guessing it is safe to presume that Callum Mahoney is Colt Mahoney from the you take em list?

I haven't finished reading but so far so good. I like the concept of Opportunity Knocks greatly.

You've been doing some great work.

I'm not a fan of the format. The matches themselves were great and well-written, but the set-up to each match started becoming a little, erm, repetitive.

You see, Blue? This is what you get when you look to TNA for inspiration!

Heh. I was really hoping for more like ROH's Unscripted but I suppose I deserve that. I think the suggestion to not tell the handlers who are challenging them is interesting and it was something I considered but I ended up deciding it wasn't "fair."

That would be a safe assumption, yes.

I could see it working for a special SNW with fewer matches; 5 at the most.

Callum Mahoney's handler should go talk to Rich about forming a Fighting Irishmen tag team with Hannibal Carver. :boxing:

I dug it, although I do concede the format should only be used once or twice a year, at most. For a newer member like myself, it helped clarify some of the feuds and angles, but I can see how the set-up might read a little too predictable for the mainstays. The writing was stellar throughout, as everyone's already said.

Personally, I'm psyched for WAR GAMES in my hometown of St. Louis!

I expect at least one mention of toasted ravioli during the St. Louis show or I will be severely disappointed.

Even if that does slip by, it will almost certainly be removed from the Wesrt Coast replay.

He's from South Boston; how hard can it be for him to claim some sort of Irish descent? My point being, I want to see the two either drunkenly brawl with other teams, or drunkenly brawl each other.

You know, I went 0 for 2, or 0 for 3 if you count Justin.

Even in kayfabe, it is hard to deny the greatest culinary contribution my fair city has given to the world, other than the ice cream cone. Just saying.
