A very fun read, but I'm almost afraid to comment due to spoilers. The ending was great, but I think my favorite was the tag match that I assume solidified a turn. I didn't expect that match to feel as epic as it did by the end, but the build throughout was awesome.

Even with all the You Write 'Em squashes, this felt like a big episode.

Not really any no spoiler rules in these threads. My theory in them is that if you're reading it, you're at your own risk.

That said, I usually wait a few hours before I get spoilery. =)

If you're gonna call an event Unholy War, you should have an Unholy War on the show. :-)

That would be like calling a show War Games and not having a War Games on it.

How did a Vince Russo reference slip past the censors?

I knew you'd mention that! And now is when I say, "What's an Unholy War again?" even though I've asked at least three times now.

It's kind of like a WWE Scramble match held inside a Punjabi Prison.

It's THE tag team gimmick match.

I just read the rules. That sounds cluster-riffic. Does it actually turn out okay?

Very much so. It was one of the best matches in RCW history. Of course, the only drawback is the potential for writing a 100k+ match.

There, finally read the show!

What a doozy. Even full of squashes it still came off as super important. What happened mattered, plus a huge ending.

The tag team division is goddamned packed and stacked. It's pretty exciting actually.

Plus a bevy of great singles talent. That said, I am most impressed that the single talent involved in Wargames are making it sound like the #1 factor. Too often, these big multi man matches focus on the single guy, at least the promos. There actually is a tangible feeling that it's an important match.

Best compliment is that everything felt important on the show.
