Is there any obvious, kayfabe reason why every match is not competed under LOCKED DOOR RULES?

I think I invented that particular match stip in the IIWF, but obviously it could have happened earlier.

The Rave should know.

Not anymore. Daniel Bryan stole their time machine, so they're now stuck forever in the present.

No you didn't, Joe. I brought Locked Door rules from the GDWA where I stole it from Michael Shoemaker. You brought 'Right BAck atch ya, Sharky." :)

First off, I'll just say that the match writing is stellar from top to bottom. So if I keep saying "awesome match," well, a little redundancy can be forgiven, I hope.

*November Rain opening: very nice. I always love Blue's montages, I can picture them quite clearly.

* Green vs. Cooper: I enjoyed it. I think it was a good "all action" opener type match. A bit surprised that Cooper won, just because Green seemed to have more momentum, but it seems more like an ongoing story than an ending, and if that's the case, Cooper winning makes more sense.

* Air Strike Promo: I like Air Strike. But I do think they suffer from being similar to The Young Bloods. Two young guy, pretty boy babyface tag teams can tend to blend in to one another. But this was a very good 80's babyface type promo. Really well done.

*Air Strike vs. Longhorn Riders: Great match, naturally. Air Strike wins with a move we spent 15 minutes trying to visualize on gchat.

* Dave Cooper Promo: Cooper still wants Bryant. Does this continue, or does Bryant leave Cooper behind after what happened in the main event? Either way, good promo.

* Shadoe Rage Promo: Man, and I thought I was really bad, stranding Jason there with nothing more to do than stand there holding the mic and twiddling his thumbs. I normally really like Rage's stuff, but this was... not my favorite thing I've seen from him. It just feels out of place on the big show. A bit too long (yes, yes, I know, pot/kettle) and digressive. Its the sort of thing that would fit on a flash packet, but it doesn't quite work in the context of AWA. And now that I've considered it a bit, I think I've pinpointed my issue with it. This isn't the Rage I like. I like bombastic, wild eyed, crazy, big talking Shadoe. Not henpecked Shadoe.

* Shane Gang (minus Shane) Promo: I like it. I dig the Shane Gang.

* Wildstyle Hyperbrawl: That was really something. Shane Gang wins, which means the feud will continue I think. And that's good. It seems like the Rave might be slowing down a bit, but it might be good to rethink them some, maybe dial back on some of the more outrageous elements. But maybe if Shadoe gets a final blowoff, he can move on to something else. It seems like the TV title picture is about to be blown wide open.

* Stevie Scott promo: guys complaining about their push and their placement on the card, etc. is not my favorite thing when it comes to wrestling, but it is a good way of showing a fired up Stevie not having it anymore.

* Stevie/Dusscher: Perfect for what it needed to be.

* Wise Men attack: and there's the first victim of the night. I expect that's the end of Stevie for awhile, and its a good way of getting the Wise Men over as a threats and supreme overlords.

* STS Promos: Juan jedi mind tricks Supreme! I enjoyed that. It makes me chuckle every time I see "armbar guy" on the actual show. Sunn is interesting, I'm curious to see where he goes post SC. This is some very good work, all around.

* STS: That was a hell of a match. I have no idea how Blue did that without going insane. Here's a match that, if it were to end any other show would make it the show of the years, and its in the middle of the card! There's almost nothing that can be said about the match that will live up to just how awesome it was. Tons of moments, big and little. Lots of stuff set up for the future (both on the card and going forward). Wright wins, which I think was the right decision. And Lake being the last guy eliminated sets him up perfectly going forward. Just an awesome job, hats off to the boss!

* Gaines Clan Promo: Gunnar tells the bakery story! Curt always does great stuff, and its been a pleasure working with him for, well sheesh, what a year and a half?

* House Martinez promo: eh... the big promo was on the last show. I wasn't terribly thrilled with the quality of this one.

* House Martinez vs. The Gaines Clan: God, I loved this match so freaking much. I've read it about six times. Just so great. Alex plays Ricky Morton! I loved every moment of this thing. Thank you Blue. And now, Alex Martinez goes to Hollywood, and Ryan goes on to deliver more long winded promos!

* Preston Promo: Preston fires his manager and becomes Paul Orndorff. No, not really. But good quality work here, as always. I know Andy has problems writing Preston, but I think there's a ton of potential with him. He just needs the right feud...

* Stevie is windshielded! Yep, I think that's the end of him for a bit.

* Spector Promo: It took a bit to get to the point (again yes, pot, kettle), but by the end, I really enjoyed it. I like Spector's angle here. Doing it as a life lesson for his kids. Good stuff.

* TS3 Promo: I always like Shane's stuff. Pissed off, talking down to you, outraged, ready to forget this wrestling stuff and kill you Shane is the best Shane.

* Spector/Shane: Wild match! Really, really enjoyed this. I would have preferred an actual winner to emerge. But since it doesn't seem TS3 is going to be targetting the title yet, its good to give him more of a chance to keep tangling with Spector. I also like how TS3 is the pure wrestling guy who always gets dragged into bloody brawls.

* Bullies Promo: Man, I so love Donovan as a Bully. Great stuff!

* Lynches Promo: I really was not sure how Blackjack's portion of the promo would be received. I was worried people would find it really tasteless. It seems though, that people liked it, so I'm glad.

* Lynches vs. Bullies: I loved this match too! I think Blue got all the nuances of the Lynches and Bullies down. Of course Blackjack bleeds buckets! Good stuff all around. The finish was pretty hardcore, but it fits as the end (for now) of a year long blood feud.

* Wright promo: short but sweet, and sets up the ending to SC perfectly.

* SkyHerc Promo: They are fired up! This was perfect as a pre match promo for the titles. Very good. Love the "who Royalty?" etc. at the end.

* Bombers Promo: Larry Doyle and his tales of overseas exploits always entertain. This is good work, which is no surprise.

* SkyHerc vs. Bombers: SkyHerc wins, which was the right result. The Bombers have been dominant all year. It was time. And of course, an excellent match.

* Lake and Blackjack confrontation: I love Lake so much. This was great, and Jeremy's idea. Jer is great, which again, is like saying water is wet. Now Blackjack goes back to his ranch until its time to exploit another family tragedy. Jer adding in the loser leaves town match in St. Louis was a great bit of backstory.

* Wise Men: This was really good. Personally, I'd prefer we just get all Three Wise Men revealed already. The mystery is losing a lot of its allure for me. But I can't fault the writing, as it was very well done.

* Bryant promo: Very good stuff. Bryant the redeemed is one of my current faves.

* Dufresne promo: Also good work. Its a shame Dufresne doesn't really play up the Ladykiller aspect of his gimmick.

* Main Event: Bryant wins... for a bit! I was glad to see that Bryant went over, if only for a few seconds. Not sure where it leaves Royalty, but I think Royalty is in need of some fine tuning anyway, the execution doesn't quite match the way their pushed, if that makes sense.

* Main Event part deux: Wright finally cracks (I blame Juan), but wins the title. I think Wright has been worthy of being world champion for awhile now, so I'm glad to see him get it. This really opens up the main event picture, and breathes new life into the top of the card. I'm very happy with this development.
