I'll never forget how hard I laughed when Martinez was up against Muldoon, and he sent out this very long roleplay where Muldoon lauded all of AM's high flying and technical skills.

Maybe ask him a question about philosophy. Those guys just won't shut up if you ask them that sort of thing. ;)

King Snake was not great, though he was good at self-promotion.

Don't know what surprises me more. That it took 8 pages for King Snake to get mentioned or it was Hopper throwing me under the bus!

I'm assuming that you mean my awesome idea to have him speak in nothing but bible verse and blast people with lightning and not the repackaged sinister lawyer manager in PVW.

Incidentally, the lightning robes were recently sold to "Big" Bubba Hayes. So, y'know, Zeke'll never use 'em again. I promise! Please don't hate me. :)

I'm not putting this in the PVW subforum, so I think it's safe. Bell doesn't approve of squabbling, you know.

Johnathan Monarch: 6'11", 589 pounds of moonsaulting fury. His flashes amounted to "I deserve a title 'cause I do", and his actions were repeated runins on, mostly, title holders.

Paul Styles: Like the above, only smaller. Monarch was his bodyguard. Both were singles wrestlers, but also acted as a tag team. Speaking of which...

The Royal Family: Said tag team~! When they and their forgettable manager(s?) were in the same room, it was usually to discuss having all the belts 'cause they were the best ... somehow.

Josh Curtis: He was from London, no, Tokyo. Zimbabwe! MARS~! I never successfully finished reading one of his flashes. I'd start, zone out, try again, bleed from the nose, try one more time and finally wake up in the hospital having just woken up from a boredom-induced coma. After the third time this happened, I gave up trying. You all can say how this person, that person and the other were the worst ever, but if you ever finished reading even ONE of their flashes, they were better than this guy.

/end PVW guys.

Crisco Inferno: It's exactly what it sounds like. An old ACWA gimmick, circa 1997-1999.

Eddie Rue: Why do I feel like this will spark a response? Handler was okay for the most part, but the character wasn't the least bit convincing as a sicko/badass.

And a ton of other guys, hell, I don't like but about 10% of the guys I've ever read. If I know you and you're not on this list, you're probably okay (unless I do another list and you are on there)...

Instead of worst characters ever ... Since if we wanted to be really picky we could pick out quite a few characters from the very early days when a lot of RPs you saw wouldnt be more then a few lines.

An over-hyped or overrated thread could be more interesting.

Well, being mostly an old-school WWO/UEW guy, my choices are pretty limited as to who the worst workers were that I'd come in contact with. But hey- Here's a list!

"White Hot" Darren Morgan: The dude was INFURIATING! Not because he was terrible, because he wasn't. He was just inconsistent. He'd come in, write one of the best flashes I'd ever read, and then the next week write something that would make Mean Mason tremble with pride.

The Killer Colossuss: First off, the guy couldn't even spell Colossuss right! Second of all, his idea of e-w was, "I'll write one four-sentence paragraph about how I plan to beat my opponent and after that: KEEP THE BELTS COMING!" Puh-leeze.

Roundhouse: To be fair, I LOVED this guy in the beginning. His work with Tyrone Hayes was nothing short of superlative. After that though, he hit a wall...he did absolutely NOTHING to his character. E-W is as much about character growth as it is about what your guy does in the ring. And you can't have one without the other. Poor Roundy never seemed to learn that.

"Too Cool" Chris Hopper: You know, he could be the greatest RPer in the solar system. He could write the greatest in-ring strategies on par with Rommel or Zhukov. But I'd never know because by the time I get through his TWENTY FUCKING MINUTE INTRO COMPLETE WITH CLIPS FROM 10-15 YEARS AGO AND EVERY SINGLE LYRIC TO HIS ENTRANCE MUSIC...I stop giving a fuck.

Mad Goat: Um...who? Didn't I kick his ass once? I forget.

Tygress: Not a terrible character at all. The only thing that kept her from WWO glory was the fact that her work was WAAAAAAY too generic.

Mike Sebastian: No comment needed...though I'm happy to provide a few for those who need the info.

I tried to get Roundy/Hudson as a feud but he didn't give a shit about it. A lot of the old-school guys in WWO never really took me seriously as I was coming into my own

Yeah the entrance I had in UEW days was meant to be longer and try to show everything that the cameras showed in real wrestling entrances. Entrances aren't quite as long these days...with the exception of some PPV stuff....so it is a go with the times sort of thing.

That is unless Bell asks you to write a book of an entrance for your PPV debut.....that jerk!

BUt yeah, the PVW entrance won't be quite as long. LOL
