Sima Yi ---> [The Dragon] *Strategist* Bio: A high-ranking minister of Wei who successfully defended his kingdom against Zhuge Liang, even though Wei's troops lost many battles to Liang. He quashed both the rebellions of Meng Da and Gongsun Yuan, and did so with unmatched speed and vigor. Domestically, he saved the people of the capital from famine by bringing in food from the West and cultivating and fortifying Wei's Western territories. Skill: Mandate of Heaven - Sima Yi calls upon the Mandate to cause an enemy unit of his choosing to have their attack cut in half the next turn, as well as causing their unit to consume double rations.   | |
