As you say, they are far too problomatic to include, especially without a proper system. Createing a character will be pretty basic. I've scrapped perks all together, and you will be able to create your own skill as you choose (kind of like shitennoh), and if approved, that will be your skill. Each create a warrior character will only have one skill of their choosing, and of course, you'll have the basic roleplaying profile sheet.
