Your battle mod is here >: D This battle will begin on Wednesday. First turn result will be on Sunday so plans are due by the end of Saturday. After that, plans are due on Tuesdays and Saturdays while results will be on Wednesdays and Sundays. If your plans are sent late (on Wednesday or Sunday) they will NOT be counted in regardless on if I've begun the turn or not. Now then, I want a good nasty fight with as many schemes and plots as possible. More blood = more likely you'll make it to the end. So then, I'll be expecting your plans by Saturday. Edit: By the way, if you complain about anything I'll tell you to shut the **** up and kick your ass. Capiche? Edited by AmbitiousConqueror, Oct 20 2009, 03:39 AM.

Reminder that plans are due in approximately 34 hours and 15 minutes. I've only gotten plans from Ero-Sennin and TheBloodRed. Also, include your character name, the turn number and the battle name (Ueda) in your plan titles. I'm getting sick of repeating myself (even though that was like last year when I last said it.) |

If the Date player is inactive, we are going to see him fade into the "history books" as in ~ gone (if it goes like the Battle for Tanabe Castle did.. which is pretty sad...) It's not my place since I am not a Battle Mod but if it goes as Aiden has done it.. That player is a goner. =( |

Considering you have no right to be posting here whatsoever I feel complied to post myself. Those inactive in the battle of Tanabe were selfish in not telling their team. Since AC and Aiden are two different battle mods there is no say that AC will not allow someone else to send plans. (If Sekigahara goes like the Battle of Territory 13 then you'll be facing complete slaughter by me... which is pretty sad. I'll be your personal executioner. Sad to say, but Katsuie is a goner. =( PS. WHY IS YOUR SIG SO FUCKING BIG! |

If anyone is going to be killing anyone in this battle, it's going to be those IN it, such as me. Neither of you should be opening your mouths here, weather you're an ally of mine, or on the opposite team, so I suggest you take it to either your own battle, or planning hall, thanks. |

Turn 1 The fight for supremacy begins as Nobunaga starts things off. Organizing his army, his cavalry move up front as his infantry cover the rear and his ranged troops move to the middle along with himself. Before anything else is done, it seemed Katakura Kojurro was having more than a little trouble over on his side. While attempting to move towards the castle and set up traps in secrecy, Katakura's unit was ambushed in a manner reminiscent of Okehazama. An attack being the last thing the Date expected, their initial plans were ruined as the attackers confused them in the chaos. Being attacked so soon, his morale takes a drop. It took some doing, but the small attack force was dealt with. Afterwards, Nobunaga and Noh move towards the castle simultaneously. Tadakatsu and Yukimura each move 3 squares. Luis stands there doing nothing. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro (CONFUSED - 2 turns) - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojuro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 2,700 Infantry 900 Cavalry 800 Archers 100 Riflemen (2) Sanada Yukimura - "Red Armored Warrior" When this skill is used, Yukimura's attack increases every turn for 5 turns, but at the end of those 5 turns, his defense decreases for 5 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 150 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (4) Oda Nobunaga - Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers (5) Lady Noh - "Viper's Daughter" Noh's skill poisons all enemy forces which reduces their troop numbers (by 5% each turn) over the course of 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen *Note - Rude told me that the attack force does NOT come from Nobunaga's own unit. Also, plans are due by Wednesday 12AM Eastern time Casualties: Katakura: 300 infantry, 100 cavalry and 200 archers (surprise attack)

Before the turn begins, I'd just like to put someone on the spot. Now I had said that plans were due at 12AM on Wednesday Eastern time. I had even stated timing in my first post here. But apparently, BurningSkulls either could not tell time or did not read what I had said. If any of you aren't on time, then don't bother. Therefore, Kojurro's actions this turn will not be included in the result. Let this be a clear example for all. Anyways, Turn 2! With things the way they are, Yukimura moves 3 squares towards Kojurro, who is still a mess thanks to Nobunaga's previous action. Sanada marches with the frontline being his cavalry and infantry. The ranged troops move in the middle while the warhorses hang around the back. They also pull together a wedge formation. Tadakatsu moves up 3 squares north. He is right in front of the castle now, but Nobunaga and Noh advance to the castle. Nobunaga ends up right in front of it while Noh lays claim to the castle! Castle taken by the Oda The dang foreigner Luis doesn't do anything again. The lazy bum will suffer a morale drop if it happens again. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro (CONFUSED - 1 turn) - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojuro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: None Edit: Sorry, had this up for hours and forgot to press the post button :/

Turn 3! After 2 turns of nothing, Luis finally budges from his spot. After organizing his men in an odd formation that consisted of his cavalry being up front, infantry in the middle and on both sides of the cavalry and the ranged units at the rear, he marches north-east towards the castle. Tadakatsu's unit moves around some more with no orders to engage the enemy. As they move by the castle they hear the castle gates being shut up tight after Nobunaga entered it. In an attempt to try something sneaky, Yukimura has 100 infantry march towards the western side of the city. Why they were ordered to march that far was beyond them, but while they tried to approach the walls, 500 of Noh's archers that were already keeping watch took them down. Seeing this, Yukimura's other men do something sneaky. While getting shot however, Yukimura's now-deceased infantry inadvertently distracted the archers on the eastern gate. Kojurro's ranged units begin to approach, ready to fire. However, 500 of Nobunaga's archers on the northern wall pop up and fire at them! Arrows and bullets are traded. By the time Kojurro's men backed away, both sides had less men. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojuro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 2,700 Infantry 900 Cavalry 500 Archers 50 Riflemen (2) Sanada Yukimura - "Red Armored Warrior" When this skill is used, Yukimura's attack increases every turn for 5 turns, but at the end of those 5 turns, his defense decreases for 5 turns. Morale: Average 2,900 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 150 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (4) Oda Nobunaga - Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 700 Archers (5) Lady Noh - "Viper's Daughter" Noh's skill poisons all enemy forces which reduces their troop numbers (by 5% each turn) over the course of 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Yukimura: 100 infantry (arrow'd) Kojurro: 300 archers and 50 riflemen (projectile war) Nobunaga: 300 archers (projectile war)

*Pre-turn note: Ero-Sennin's plans were late and won't be counted Turn 4! Seeing the previous ploy fail, Yukimura's men move towards the northern wall. Once again, they make the same mistake as the Oda archers on both the northern AND the eastern wall instinctively fire upon them. Luis marches further north, reaching the western side of the castle. At the same time, Tadakatsu seems to be doing the opposite of what Yukimura did and marches further from the castle. Kojurro tries to get his men fired up by telling them how the enemy had not moved in fear and were instead hiding in the castle. Seeing the casualty difference however, his men didn't quite see it his way. Regardless, his ranged troops move forward while his melee units stay out of range. In an act of both bravery and carelessness, the ranged unit moves right up to the closed eastern gate! They shout insults and profanity, taunting the soldiers inside. While the archers on the northern and eastern walls were reloading their bows, the ones of the southern wall instinctively fired down on them. Once again, arrows and bullets are traded as both sides suffer casualties. In the meantime, it seems something is being worked on in Kojurro's ranks. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojuro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 2,700 Infantry 900 Cavalry 200 Archers (2) Sanada Yukimura - "Red Armored Warrior" When this skill is used, Yukimura's attack increases every turn for 5 turns, but at the end of those 5 turns, his defense decreases for 5 turns. Morale: Average 2,600 Infantry 900 Cavalry 800 Archers 150 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (4) Oda Nobunaga - Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 700 Archers (5) Lady Noh - "Viper's Daughter" Noh's skill poisons all enemy forces which reduces their troop numbers (by 5% each turn) over the course of 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 650 Archers (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Yukimura: 300 infantry, 200 archers ans 100 cavalry (arrow'd) Kojurro: 50 riflemen and 300 archers (projectile war) Noh: 350 archers (projectile war)

Liu Biao Bio: He was appointed to rule over Jing while Dong Zhuo was in power, and thus soon came to be a rival of Yuan Shu's in the South. Using persuasion often, rather than violence, he unified large tracts of the disorderly province, despite starting out with next to no army to support him. He was not overly Imperialistic though, and frequently let his political enemies make the first move against him before responding. Skill: Jing's Infrastructure - When used, Liu Biao can fortify all his allied units including himself, which increases all defense (x2) for three turns. As well as this happening, every unit under the Jing banner receives a decent morale boost (+10).

Pre-turn note: No plans from Ero-Sennin Turn 5! Kojurro continues to will his troops on as his infantry return from somewhere. Their attempts to sneak ladders to the castle fails as there are archers on all 4 sides of the castle wall, making it easy for them to see. Both Yukimura and Kojurro's men trade projectiles with the men on the northern and eastern walls. Despite the brave efforts of the Oda archers, 2 units was too much for them and lack of orders added to their hardship. The men on the northern and eastern walls are all taken down eventually. Ladders are set as Yukimura's men retreat back right after. Yukimura's infantry begin something further north. Meanwhile, Kojurro's men continue taunting enemies when something rather unfortunate happens. Luis' men make it into the castle and ranged troops climb the northern and western walls. They fire down on Kojurro's infantry and deal heavy damage on them. The survivors run from the castle as they realized by now that it wasn't such a great idea to stay so close to it. To make matters worse, they spot Yukimura's men digging trenches a little ways up north! Elsewhere, the most passive participant of the battle moves even further away from the castle. One has to wonder if he's up to something or just killing time? ![]() ***If Nobunaga and Noh continue to idle next turn, their morale will plummet. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojuro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 1,750 Infantry 900 Cavalry 100 Archers (2) Sanada Yukimura - "Red Armored Warrior" When this skill is used, Yukimura's attack increases every turn for 5 turns, but at the end of those 5 turns, his defense decreases for 5 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (4) Oda Nobunaga - Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 500 Archers (5) Lady Noh - "Viper's Daughter" Noh's skill poisons all enemy forces which reduces their troop numbers (by 5% each turn) over the course of 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 500 Archers (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Nobunaga: 200 archers (projectile war) Noh: 150 archers (projectile war) Kojurro: 100 archers (projectile war), 950 infantry (second volley) Yukimura: 100 archers (projectile war)

Turn 6! All plans were either absent or late. Therefore, the only change that takes place is Nobunaga and Noh's morale drop for 3 turns of inactivity. I'm gonna take a page outta Aiden's book and say that if this goes on for 2 more turns, the entire field gets napalmed and wiped out. Morale: Average 2,600 Infantry 900 Cavalry 700 Archers 150 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (4) Oda Nobunaga - Morale: Bad 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 500 Archers (5) Lady Noh - "Viper's Daughter" Noh's skill poisons all enemy forces which reduces their troop numbers (by 5% each turn) over the course of 3 turns. Morale: Bad 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 500 Archers (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties:

That is fricken crazy!!! I don't have much of a battle plan up if Mr. Ero decides to leave. A nuke does sound nice but I don't want to leave everyone else behind if they still want to play. Btw, when does the next battle plans have to be in? I got a lot to catch up if I am going to lead the whole of Oda in battle! xD |

*Pre-turn notes: Since no one sent plans last turn, this means those who didn't send plans this turn again are in danger of being nuked next turn if it happens again. The following officers will be eradicated if no plans are sent for a 3rd time. -Yukimura -Nobunaga -Noh Turn 7! Tadakatsu moves again, this time to the south-west. Kojurro stands there with his men trying to recover. He tries to raise morale again, but with his allies doing nothing but idling and moving around, he'll need to do something big to rejuvenate them. Meanwhile, the foreignor Luis does his team some good and lines up his archers at the northern wall. With the elevation advantage and Yukimura still in range, they launch fire arrows. What happens next was rather horrifying, as the red warrior's idling unit begins seeing red hot flames all around them. Morale also drops. Luis' morale gets a slight boost from the success. Morale: Bad 2,000 Infantry 500 Cavalry 400 Archers 50 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Good 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Yukimura: 600 infantry, 400 cavalry, 300 archers and 100 warhorses (arrows and FLAMES)

*Pre-turn notes: Tadakatsu's plans are late. No big, that makes 1 turn in a row. Nobunaga and Noh however..... Turn 8! Before anything happens, panic seems to be going on in the castle. A messenger runs up to Luis and reports. "Mr. Frois! I have urgent news! Gorillas have infiltrated the castle! They are after Lord Nobunaga and Lady Noh-..." Just then, a scream was heard. Nobunaga and Noh are seen being mobbed by gorillas. In a rather R-rated scene, stuff happens before another report came about. "Mr. Frois! There appears to be some strange lights in the sky as well as an odd-looking object. It's coming this way!" A UFO is seen hovering over the castle. Before there was time for much thinking, a ray of light came down and lifted the Oda couple (along with the gorillas) up on board... and flew away. Nobunaga and Noh have been eliminated for inactivity. Their troops, left with no guidance, all turn to Luis... and salute him. (All troops go to Luis.) Now that that's outta the way, onto the turn. Kojurro's men move back. He sends 500 men towards the mountains for a task, but it'll take 3 turns for them to get there and back. The rest of his men start working on two other projects, including what seems to be a makeshift camp to rest in. These will take 2 turns. Most of Yukimura's men move back from the flames after a few more casualties. A couple of them put out the flames after an ordeal and continue digging the trenches, which the men on the northern wall still see.The archers however light their arrows on fire and charge towards the castle, shooting them at the northern wall. It seems, however, that Luis has no intentions of leaving the castle. As they are peppered by flaming arrows, they fire some back! With his newly formed army, Luis' archers split into 3 groups on the middle and both sides of the northern wall. Their ranged troops, outnumbering Yukimura's by over fivefold, wipe out the charging archers with ease. Morale: Bad 1,900 Infantry 500 Cavalry 50 Warhorses (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 1,000 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Good 9,000 Infantry 3,000 Cavalry 1,800 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Yukimura: 100 infantry (fire), all archers (projectile assault) Luis: 200 archers (projectile war)

*Pre-turn notes: Going with Luis' first plans, since the second plans said "in case I didn't send plans." Turn 9! Kojurro's men in the mountains will take 2 more turns to finish their plan. The camp builders will take till next turn. Tadakatsu shocks everyone by doing something for the first time in the battle! His archers move forward and launch fire arrows at the western wall. 100 of them shoot into the city. However, due to the position the archers had taken on the wall and the fact that Luis reformed his groups (there were only 100 of them on the western wall) he only manages to hit 20 of them. The infantry in the city easily deal with what few fire arrows made it in. The archers on the western wall fire back, taking down a few. Meanwhile, Yukimura's mounted troops charge in, trying to pick up bows and arrows left by the slain archers on the field. This didn't prove to be a very wise move as Luis' archers assaulted them again, their sheer numbers now wiping out all of Yukimura's mounted units. This loss appeared to have dealt a heavy blow to Yukimura's unit. First it was the annihilation of the archers, now the cavalry. Some of the men are talking about deserting among each other. Luis' success seem to have raised his army's morale, though. EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojurro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 1,900 Infantry (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Average 3,000 Infantry 1,000 Cavalry 950 Archers 100 Riflemen VS WESTERN ARMY (6) Luis Frois - "Missionary" Luis can use his skill to "convert" attacking enemy troops to his cause, thus voiding an attack on him as well as lowering the morale of anyone who attacked him the turn this skill is used (converts remain with him until the end of the battle). Morale: Very Good 9,000 Infantry 3,000 Cavalry 1,780 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Luis: 20 archers (fire arrows) Tadakatsu: 50 archers (arrow war) Yukimura: All mounted troops (arrow assault) (Same map as last turn) |

*Pre-battle notes: I'm sure everyone here already knows the rules, but just a reminder that if no one gets a decisive win by the end of turn 15, both sides lose. So I think some of you might wanna start sending in more than poorly-thought out 1 or 2 liners... Turn 10! Kojurro finishes his camp and the towers he was building, his other plan will take till next turn. Tadakatsu fires at the western wall again, but hit no one. It seems Luis was reforming his ranks on the walls again. Once the coast was clear, 250 infantry appear outside each gate... then went back inside the city and closed the gates again. No one else was close enough to see what happened, but Tadakatsu's archers could have sworn they saw the infantry pouring something outside the western gate.... After the volley was shot, Luis regroups his archers and sends them all over the place. About 840 covered the south wall while the other 840 split into 3 groups of 280 to cover the other 3 sides. In the most insulting act of the turn, 2 of Yukimura's remaining men run over and moon the guys on top of the north wall. Annoyed, the guys on the wall send 280 arrows down on the 2 full moons. In the mean time, Yukimura's men are told to continue digging (even though the guys on the wall can still see them thanks to elevation.) However, the last act ordered by Yukimura (the mooning) seemed to have broken the last straw for the morale-broke men. A few of them lose it... and start fist fighting with their allies! EASTERN ARMY (1) Katakura Kojurro - "Servant of the Dragon" When this skill is used, any enemy that is attacked by both Kojurro and an ally, will receive 50% more damage from his unit for 3 turns. Morale: Bad 1,898 Infantry (3) Honda Tadakatsu - The Warrior who surpassed Death Itself" Tadakatsu's unit becomes immune to damage for 3 turns. Morale: Very Good 9,000 Infantry 3,000 Cavalry 1,780 Archers 100 Riflemen Casualties: Yukimura: 2 infantry (sacrifices for mooning) (Same map) Edited by AmbitiousConqueror, Yesterday, 5:04 AM.
