Dear readers,

It is with a sad, and heavy heart that today I announce the end of LoXgamers.

As an Xbox Live gaming team, we have been shooting, driving, running, grenading and laughing our way through the last 5-and-a-bit years of great online games.

This year we stepped into the realms of guildhood with the LoX World of Warcraft guild...which will continue under the expert guidance of 'Seever'

...but our lack of presence and activity on Xbox Live is a weight we can no longer carry.

The world of online gaming can be a fearsomely daunting place, especially for anybody relatively new to the experience, and looking for like-minded people to game with.

At LoXgamers we aim to provide a home for new Xbox Live gamers, casual, mature gamers, who may not have a lot of time to commit to gaming, and don't wish to worry about joining a clan for fear of abuse when they can't attend a match, event, tournament or practice session, etc.

For that purpose, this blog will regularly make known the Xbox Live gamers we have encountered in open, public / ranked sessions, and enjoyed playing with - our extension to the Xbox Live "Submit a review" options.

This will be a continual theme within this blogsite, so keep your eyes peeled for posts beginning : "People That Play"!

Please note, we would only be making recommendations against people we enjoyed gaming with.
