Too true AMZ. And true to you too Joel. You summed up my thoughts in one well thought post. Time controls all. We lose it and can never get it back. Think back to your days as a kid watching cartoons. Now look at the cartoons nowadays. Major difference. Now look once again at the cartoons and things you watched as a kid. Most people will think or say, "What did I see in this show?" Another thing we never could have accounted for were the members we gained as time passed. We had a broad vision, but we never had any idea what we would get. If we want to do better, we have to do it right. We can't just say it and not act. Lets push forward and make the best we can for what we still have. Not by adding new rules or anything like that, but by being fair, honest and all together self productive. We shouldn't be this deep in a hole to begin with now lets get out and build a tower. OT: Isn't the horde the type of people that attack Funerals? XD sorry I couldn't help that one. |

Let's focus on the 'now'. The time for speeches and dramatic ideals are LONG over. What happens next is what we make happen. So let's start DOING something instead of being left behind to mourn.
And again, we expect the admins to help with the marking of profiles. The reaction both Chance and I had when we met AMZ is significantly better than me and Chance just having a lackey whom we know nothing about do the work. The main reason why most of the people joined WAY back then wasn't to roleplay, AMZ. For me it, was to simply -meet- and -talk- with you. I still haven't gotten that wish yet...
Oh, and uh, you mind increasing the amount of text required for the sigs? I hit 5000 and I had to edit some parts. I can't buy a chip unless my sig has space for it, so AMZ or CMA, raise the amount of text for sig to a number we could never hope to match because apparently, the last number(5000) has been matched by me a few days back. |

Oh Fuck you, CMA. We've all TRIED to help, but you never accepted it. Anyways, another idea would be to set up a few Pseudo-Moderators. Mods in control of one forum, and give them each one clerical task so the bona-fide staff can handle larger issues. Think of them like Staff Secretaries, and are not given access to the Staff Forum. |

A "Help" forum?(Celestial) That'd help. Suggetsions to modify the Darkchip rules to not force criminals to use the darkchip of their element only?(Kirote) That'd help. Requests for a member-made plot?(Netto) That'd help.(Seriously, if they are going to only have yearly plots, then why not let the members make one on occasion?) Granted, some we're bad ideas, but EVERY SINGLE one? No way. SOME we're obviously beneficial. It only took, what? 38 members to finally get the staff to add the BatCannon chips, for example? |

Then the Criminals get a one over ONB because they get to choose what weapons they want. We need a fair system. |

I dont' see it as an advantage. A little variability in the ultra-powerful weapons that are used as a last resort can't hurt. It's like being able to choose what kind of gun will be used in an execution, either way, the opponent will probably die no matter what. That's the point of the darkchips here, to give the criminals a boost in a fight. A sort of "Pick your poison" situation, if you will. |

Oh yea forgot there was a cleansing mirror suggestion about that to allow ONB to use dark chips though...they did say ONB using dark chips...might as well call them criminals. But wait! Theres more...*points to game* We chose to give him chips right? Even thought they're onb.. |

Dark chips are meant to be strong and not one-hit KO. And the fact that you don't see it as an advantage doesn't mean it isn't. And Dark Chips don't give a 'boost' if you're describing it as an 'execution'. |

Point taken. However, a criminal using a darkchip is much more likely to win a battle then his "pure" counter-part either way. They are a significant edge in a battle, and I don't think that which one is used makes a difference. Imagine a fire navi using DarkInvis. That's not very different, damage-wise from DarkMeteor. It adds a little customization to the fight. |

You're forgetting. Navis who use chips of their element get a boost in its effects. |

Then that makes your arguement that this is an unfair advantage moot. It gives and takes. |

no it doesn't, because it would seem more natural for navis who use dark chips of their element and have it deal damage more than any other darkchip they could use. Why would you us a darkchip which could be stronger than the rest because of your element instead of a darkchip which nets you no benefits? |

Look, maybe the DarkChips should be taken out of the game altogether. They didn't exist in BN6, right? |
