Yes..i put this topic is in the wrong section but i put it here because i didn't want to screen out that important topic....I looked over alot of battles and what really pisses me off is to see things like this happening..

EXAMPLE

*First player*
FireMan shoots Megaman with two M-cannons..

*Next player*

Megaman..being caught off guard gets hit by the Cannons but it didn't did small damage..

STOP!!

Okay..the thing is M-cannons Do Very high damage..according what i see in the rules..and also element weaknesses....I think a more suitable reply would be

CORRECTION

Megaman was caught off guard and was pummled away by the shot of the cannons leaving a giant scar by the side of his icon..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another one...

*First Player*

Wingman(wtf??)flies high in the air and shoot a Charged Breaking blast at the floor which cracks it into Panels..

*Next Player*

MegaMan runs up under wingman and then jumps up at him and Punched him...

STOP AGAIN...

And How the heck Is Megaman going to run when the panels are all broken and how the hell can he jump so high up to Wingman((Flying should be limited)..suitable reply..

CORRECTION..

Megaman used an air shoes to fly up to Wingman and deliver a roundhouse punch..

OR

Megaman shot with a hi-cannon at wingman
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yet another

*First Player*
Spikeyman(covered with spikes..(entirely)... )Slashed horizontal at Megaman

*Second Player*

Megaman sidestepped the slashed and then kicked at Spikeyman
STOP YET AGAIN

Okay..An auto hit can be declared but in the rules..

Quote:

-If you make an attack on your oponent and they do not respond to it within 48 hours of your posting, then the attack is an automatic success and you may post exactly what the attack does to their Navi and may then take another turn.
-If an opponent ignores your attack, you may claim an autohit on them.

But in that case the attack wasn't ignored but Misunderstood but i will go with an auto hit though..and also know that your opponent was Spikeman and he was covered in spikes so hand to hand combat will just hurt..reply

REPLY

Megaman was sliced at his belly((Auto hit's shouldn't be that brutal..like ttaking off limbs..))and was injured at his hand because of a spike(No using off that hand for like two customs maybe...)

And for newbies..

1.Know if the opponent has upgraded his weapon..and know how strong it should be
2.Always rember you have a chance of beating a person here for a long time..

From the great Zero.exe himself

Quote:

Even with 1% of a chance an ant can beat a giant

3.And lastly..Respect other mebers if you want them to respect you..

Sorry for the Lengthy post..

no. Their is no need to be sorry for the long post, you were just making your point. but you have to understand if we dodge an attack, you wouldn't take full damagemif it slightly hit you. you would only take full damage if it hit without fail.

Darkie, dodging a solid blast of pure damaging data means it missed. Getting hit at all should deal at least half the normal damage.

Well of course darkie..imagine i slice at you but your duck and your finger gets sliced..but if i get you with a sneak attack then off goes your whole body..depends on where it hits..

This pisses me off to NO END. For example, in a fight against J.G, Elphine, IN MID AIR MIND YOU, WHEN IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO MANEUVER, he spun around so his feet caught a BubbleSpread P.A. He also had AquaArmor (Something else that ticks me off is when navi's of one element make themsleves practically immune to their weakness), making it do a total of 1/4 it's normal damage. No chil'run no. Data is data! IT WILL HURT IF IT HITS YOU. PERIOD.

He still got hurt... And he was shifting his weight in midair, the same thing that allows people to do backflips.

EDIT: And it wasn't my idea to see the armors- I'm just taking advantage of the system. XD

well i'm not really going to take a side on this. It just depens on how agile the navi. For instance, my NPC navi Druid. He is very slow and has an attack that is very powerful, but totally freezes his movement. so it really depends on rp skill, fairness, navi, and chip power.

And he was shifting his weight in midair,

Shifting one's weight doesn't let you move freely. Shifting your weight is a gradual thing, if I shift my weight in mid-air to,say, the left, I won't be able to turn on a dime.

Excuse me for a moment while I apply BN Physics to you.

What he used was Bubble SPREAD. Even if it did just hit your foot, it would expand into a huge explosion that would hit every part of you anyway. Therefore, AquaArmor aside, it would do it's FULL damage. Does that make sense? It's like saying a nuclear warhead stubbed your toe; it still explodes into a burst LARGER than you.

*Stores for future reference*

I was not aare of that particular piece of information. Sorry.

And for the record, it's pretty easy to bring your feet in front of you in midair. Just to make sure, I went outside and tried it on the trampoline earlier.

Well then. Either way, this was a month ago, so it's a moot point.

And another thing..This is really a suggestion...when people get new navis or get their first one from coming on the site..put a v1 by the navi name Main weapon and sub weapon..so this is understood as

eg.Megaman v1

Mega buster v1(weak)

Megaman v2

Mega Buster(strong)

Megaman v3

Mega buster(very strong)
well you know what i mean i may have the strong and weak thing wrong but you get the point..so my point is that to let other people know how strong your navi really is and when a hit lands on their navi from another navis buster know how much it should damage you by..

Well, Megaman BN is an anime and a Manga as well as a game. In Naruto (an anime) a character called Neji hurled some Kunai at an airborne Naruto only to have him vanish DBZ style and appear on the ground some distance away, charging in at Nejii at insanely high speedds, the excuse being given that Naruto was "much faster than nomal" and that therefore he was now exempt from the laws of physics. <_<

Personally, I think that's bullcrap. Anime logic NEVER makes any sence at all, nor does alot of stuff that appears in BN, I suppose, but my point is that as a game mechanic alone, being faster than someone should not enable you to ignore physics concepts such as gravity and inertia.

hm, however if someone had a way to create and abnormalty in gravity it like polarizing another navi's personal gravity it would become perfectly legit. Also, if someone had something on him (say a tail or a large sword) and at the peak of his jump swung it, it might actually have an effect if he was a light navi on his jump due to momentum.
