Read this before posting anything. This forum contains the entire backstory for the roleplay and often answers many questions a new member might have.

You guessed it-- anything that goes on in the roleplay universe gets posted here. Posts can be about anything; plot updates, announcing a new pairing, comprehensive plot review... just make sure it stays on topic.

All information about planets, worlds, races, factions, languages, delecacies and rare breeds of poisonous tree squirrels go here. All posts are subject to approval (and criticism).

The profiles for roleplay characters go here. Non-sentient creatures don't need profiles. Though characters don't need approval, remember that a well-developed character is always respected and appreciated. There are no limits on how many characters you can have.

Perhaps you just posted a brand new planet and a race to boot, and are eager to start roleplaying-- only to realize that you have no plot and no roleplaying partner. Get inspired and find a parnter here. All topics in this forum should pertain to roleplaying.

When you need an idea for a character, or want feedback on a current one. If you've updated or reworked a character's profile extensively, notify people here.

If you're stuck on an aspect of worldbuilding or need feedback on your latest ____ (Insert unique construct here), someone is sure to help you here.

When your topic is part of a plot or campaign, it is to be roleplayed here.

What should be posted here? A plot is any connected series of events that flows like a book. For instance, a war would be a plot, as it has a discernable start and a discernable end. Plots typically involve more than two people. They also tend to take up multiple topics.

What shouldn't be posted here? Roleplays that are random, disjointed, for fun, or are done for character building. For instance, a topic involving a few characters going to the bar and getting into a brawl isn't a plot and shouldn't be posted here, unless the brawl leads into something bigger, such as a war.

Examples of campaigns: Discovering a new world and exploring it, mingling with the natives, understanding the culture, possibly preventing war between the invaders and the indigenous. Watching the political events unfold that will ultimately lead to war. Solving a murder mystery. A thieves' guild learning of an epic treasure, sparking competition to acquire it.

Finish topics you start. When you are finished with a topic, send a message to a moderator and they'll take care of the rest.

If your intended topic doesn't fall under the Campaign category, it goes here. Topics that don't connect to one another should go here.

Examples of regular roleplays: A few characters go to the bar, get drunk, start a brawl and wake up a few miles from town, then go back to their daily lives. The local doughnut shop runs out of coffee and tragedy occurs because of it, but is resolved by the end of the topic.

Finish topics you start. When you are finished with a topic, send a message to a moderator and they'll take care of the rest.

Any topics that 'don't count' or won't be taken into consideration in a character's timeline go here. Typically, these are either 1) Ridiculously silly, slapstick plots done just for the hell of it, or 2) A place to jot down ideas to see how they sound before making them concrete.

Topics here don't need to be finished and moderators don't have to be contacted if the topic is finished.

Finished topics will be moved here by a moderator. Feel free to browse and reminisce about the days when gas was less than three dollars a gallon.

Regular roleplays and campaign roleplays that haven't been updated in fourteen days will be moved here. If your topic has been moved to this forum and you'd like to continue using it, ask a moderator to fish it out.
