Yea I may be biased but the Hemi Burger is great. I did add some a1 but my wife said I'm nuts. Yea I am, but it's great. Very easy even for gear heads. Lol

It would be good with smoked gouda and bacon. Recipes are never written in stone and thats half the fun of cooking.

We made the hipo hot dogs using Hebrew National wieners. Never had a hot dog with anything other then kraut or mustered. Got to say, very impressive. I will serve these again.
