Use this for sandwiches, salads or whatever you need grilled chicken breasts for. We like to go to Uncle Guisseppi supermarket and have the cutlets dressed by the butcher. It makes a big difference in texture and results.

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut in half
1 Italian-style salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
salt and pepper

Directions
1.Rinse chicken and dry. Put brests in a glass bowl then pour 1/2 bottle of salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours for more flavor.
2.Lightly oil BBQ grill and preheat medium high.
3.Season with lemon pepper, salt and pepper and cook over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked and juice runs clear.

Seems like a no brainer for checken breasts but its easy and good for the learning cooker.

We do alot of chicken and often keep the maranade simple with garlic powder, kosher salt, pepper and a good olive oil bath overnight. Just don't over do the salt.
