Well, I kept it simple for the first 2 recipes. Burgers & Dogs. It does not get more American then that to me... I have a few ideas in the works and will add time permitting & if I can get a good friend on board, we will have wine & beer recommendations as well. Not that you need them as I'm sure you have your favorites. Just remember if you do like a sip with your meal, NO DRINKING & DRIVING...NO EXCEPTIONS!

That said, a few beers while looking at your Muscle Car in the garage or better yet, the driveway always makes the flaws disappear and the memories flood to the surface. Let us know what you think & ideas are always welcome...

Mike C and I are working on the recipe selections for an upcoming site update. So far, it's coming along slow but the recipes are easy and awsome. We encourage any participation by the cafe members so if you have any recipe ideas, suggestions or submissions, please post them here. We will try them, photograph the results and add them to the site. Of course you will be credited for your recipes so don't forget to include any special cooking instructions in your post.

Thank you in advance Muscle Car Cafe Members!
