Silver smooth elegance with a punch, this 1970 Monti Carlo has the muscle look down pat. The combination of Chevy rally wheels and perfectly sized tires proveide the sinister muscle stance with a slight rake. Dual exhaust with healthy diameter tubes give this Bow Tie brawler the sweet mellow rumble of a locomotive cruising the countryside. Its owner gave me a peek under hood revealing a healthy small block with all the right parts in all the right places. With power and broad shouldered good looks, this Monti is clearly top of any muscle car fans roster.
