I had this whole thing pretty much done in my head last night, but just needed to post it. So I was politely waiting for Boy to get off WoW, enjoying watching him play and the next thing I know I'm asleep. So I decided to just go upstairs and go to bed proper. Slept for, like, eight hours. Crazy, right? Anyhow, sorry about that. Here's the show now, great job to everyone. I wouldn't say it was hard to judge the matches this week, but there was the sticky wicket that if Chester didn't win the Rage in the Cage match, he also had to take the fall for the contendership shot. If it hadn't been for that stipulation, Chester would've walked out in second place.

Thanks to Joe and Lita for the promo. Card later tonight.

Thots?

I really enjoyed my match. Considering the rank shittiness of my RPing and considering I got my second one up unwittingly after the deadline had passed, Finn did pretty well. Very, very glad to see hide win, he is probably my favorite out of all of Dai's characters.

I was surprised by some of the match results. Firstly, I didn't expect to win the first match, let alone be the final two competitors in the match. Lucas is pretty good at winning Flycore contendership. Now, hopefully he can fare a little better at the actual championship portion that comes along with it. Looking forward to working with Wiggs again.

I didn't expect Chester to make it to third place in the match, nevermind the fact he would've actually been second place? Definitely looking forward to Chester vs. Horus in the near future. I love the Horus character, obviously, and it'll be interesting to see what he and Chester can do together. Not surprising to see hide win the whole thing. When Dai is on with hide, there's no combating him. Though, like I told Wight, I think I missed something storyline-wise with hide. Cause a lot of his RP didn't seem to connect with me this week.

I was unsure how the main-event was going to go. All three seemed to be at a loss for what to RP this week, yet still managed to put up something with a decent fight in it. I imagine that match could've gone any way.

I had a lot of fun with the promo that Jo and I did to start the show. The Jaime/Roxie stuff is fun to do, especially when it's outside of a feud. They're just a good mesh of personalities to make funnies in a promo. I hope there's more to come between them, cause Jaime probably has more to say concerning Roxie "being bad".

Perhaps there will be more... And thanks for going through with the idea with me.

As for the main event, not sure why Swytch got the victory. I'm not saying "C'mon, Roxie is invulnerable especially since becoming 'evil' and therefore needs victories after victories!" I mean that doesn't sound bad, but I wouldn't have been surprised to say the least if Grant had gotten the victory. (yes, soften him up and he'll go easy on our match Nyah *rubs extended moustache tip*) but seriously it would've been just as good. Though it is good to see the "evilness" of Roxie take another turn with the introduction of a pink chair. Because hey, pink is an evil colour. It discriminates the sexes and you look at Bret Hart and tell me he wasn't evil near the end of his career. It's like looking at a kangaroo and not laughing.

Party on,
Joe.

You're right. All I've got in my defense on that front is that I started out expecting to do a lot more Reno-bashing in that post than I ended up doing. Unless of course, I'm missing your point here.
