The laughing you hear twice in the video would be The Boy, and I apologize for the odd static noise that keeps occurring. I'm not sure what that is. Regardless, it is what it is.

EDIT: The video quality is shit at the moment as I JUST uploaded it. It is supposed to get better later. So for now, just crank those speakers.

Thots?

That was different, and quite a bit swank. That it's quicker than writing it up doesn't really surprise me, and is probably a good thing.

Chuffed with the win, although a little annoyed with myself that I left my RP so late; but there was other shit to do, like sort out That Other Fed, and tear down a kitchen. Such is life.

I greatly enjoyed the "show". Totally hetero.

Neat way to do the results. I feel it accomplishes many things in this form. First and foremost, it's difficult to ignore matches and storylines that don't directly involve your own wrestler (you know, for those that do RP here). Also, it showed me that hide's name doesn't sound the way it looks. Haha. No hide and seek for heday.

You know what would be awesome? If you included a wee snipet of the respective shows theme song before you got to the commentary. Aside from that, the results were sexy. I was eerily soothed by Wight's sultry sound. You sounded different in my head. More nasaly. Anyways, my effort was regretably capped by my demanding summer tasking with the army. However, that's simply shrugging off the fact that it wasn't a mile long RP. The quality is probably due to a lack of imagination on my part. It's hard to wedge Bloodbath in between thoughts of bag-o'-shit recruits and typical army junk. Up Finn! I thought his RP demanded more of me, but I dropped the ball. I suck. No, I don't suck but you get what I mean.

I must say, I like the 'humble little podcast' results. Thoroughly enjoyed the totally hetero match with Finn and Bloodbath too, and very stoked about picking up the win.

It's how I've always pronounced it in my head but I thought it was just me being pretentious or something.

That was a very cool way of doing the show. I thought you'd just whipped up a music video for the show's intro or something until I scrolled down and realised there was nothing else there. Very cool and different.

I guess I'll stick with the crowd and say it was a pretty cool way for results to come about and I'm also on the same line with hide pronunciation. Or is this just your way of messing with everyones head? Pronunciation of Hibiki Ino was, as far as I can tell from the name's source, right. Stoked about the victory but at the same time I apologize once again to Boy (can I call him that too?) as I didn't get back to his PM for four days. Eep.

The one problem I did have with the results, though not a major one, was the volume. I found it a little too low and had to go full blast just to hear properly. Also stoked to hear my name. I have been mentioned, and I love it.

Party on,
Joe.

No worries on the pm Jo, I thought of a good replacement Rp, said Rp's sucktitude was due solely to my own laziness.

As for the show I enjoyed it but you had probably already guessed that from my background guffawing.

...oh, and feel free to call me The Boy, or simply Boy, as I find it infinitely preferable to my slave name.

The original plan was to not only do this, but add Conse (voiced by me) and Cheryl (voiced by Brandie) on commentary. Sound effects would've been provided by SDvR which would play out live in front of us so we could do actual live commentary and the entrances would happen as they should.

The problem therein is that only male wrestlers can wrestle male wrestlers and female can wrestle female, no inter-gender. Plus spots are next to impossible to plan, as are pre-determined victories unless one of us is playing. If one of us is playing there's the sound of rampant button-mashing to "enjoy" throughout the broadcast.

Now that I'm looking at it as well, there would likely be some problems with the mic actually picking up the sounds from the TV without the damn thing being on full blast.

But I'm glad you guys are enjoying things so far. I'll be working in more cool shit as time goes on.

Knew I should have ran with that catchphrase to open promos:

"Did someone mention... HHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-DAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY???"

He used it like, once, and I think the puppet show against Swytch, he sounded it out as well.

I love it! I first clicked on the results and saw the youtube clip and I was wondering if it was to be added below but once I figured it out, it was brilliant. Very nice voice too, I like it. Reminds me of the guy from the 40 Year Old Virgin & I think he was the lead in Knocked Up. A very pleasant way to spend eating my breakfast this morning.

I too have been pronouncing in my head hide the way it's spelt to my shame. Thank you for the compliments, roleplaying like that is a new thing for me and I really enjoyed writing them. I found it took less pressure of what does he have to say and I can just share my thoughts while it happens if that makes sense.

I think one of my issues with writing full results is that most people hardly read them, I could spend a whole Sunday morning writing a match (believe me, I do) and all they skip down to is the announcement of who won so to present a show like this with the major spots and themes is really positive. And hearing somebody saying the names of moves you have created is very rewarding too.

Loving my NGIW experience.

I must say, I like it the way the results are done. And I must admit, I'd personally love to do it sometime.

=P So if you ever need a guest commentator. I'd happily do it.

Oh yeah, I don't belong here.

<.<

>.>

But yeah, Craig told me to check out the show and I did. I must say, I am impressed. I'm honestly considering asking Dai if he'll let me do this for one show, and hell I'll even be Chip and Jon.

=O I'D DO IT.

But yeah, kudos to the interesting style.

I got to thinking last night about what sound effects would do to the show. Because stocking shelves at night just ain't fun without thinking about stuff like this. In my opinion, I think it'd just take away from the whole show, almost distracting. I mean for the most part it was produced sort of like radio and how often are sound effects used then? I mean these days. I mean coherent ones. But then it's just my thoughts based on nothing as who knows, the show might sound good with a little sound effects going around. Perhaps someone can whap Wight upside the head with a chair during a hardcore match and really simulate that whole experience. Of course there'd probably be five or so minutes of dead time as Wight kills that certain someone.

But to the feedback, I agree that of all characters I've used in NGIW Evil Girls are much closer to what the core of this place is. I suppose yeah, given the track record. I think the only one who actually came close was Sammy D., however that was The V.

Party on,
Joe.
