Not a bad show, kids, and what a main event buildup, eh? I think we'll be seeing a much more pushed and promoted Round Two between Bloodbath and Joe Stanton sometime down the road. Thanks to everyone who RPed; you all did very well. Thanks especially to Onslaught and Nir for their segments.

Not much else to say, so let's move on to the next week, shall we? Card to be posted sometime before I go to sleep.

Thots?

I didn't actually write it, but you're welcome for the segment idea. :)

The show was short and sweet. It's honestly the direction I think more feds should move in. Having more non-ppv shows in an abbreviated fashion to keep interest rolling.

I've been a fan of NGIW's short-results for the longest time now and I agree with you that more efeds should pursue this format for weekly shows. Every feds that's ever closed down feels like it closed down because of something to do with writing the shows. Either one person ends up doing all the writing and gets burnt out, or everyone doing the writing gets burnt out and slowly leaves the fed one by one until no one is left. Overall finding writers on a weekly basis has just become a near impossible task.

Also, I don't know about everybody else, but full results just get tiresome to read week after week. Sure it's nice knowing EXACTLY what your character did in a match but that in itself is another problem. With less precise actions in short results, you don't run as high a risk of doing something with a character that the handler disagrees with. For me, weekly short results is a win-win in everybody's book.

This is why NGIW is awesome.

That is all.
