Who Let That Idiot Near a Computer?

Yeah, I dunno. I just threw this one together between Download packing. Sorry if it sucks. Glad to see a new character. Liked him. Straw Poll before I try throwing a card together: who wants to keep SLA in London and who wants to shift it to Carson City to move it closer to NGIW? |

Either or works for me, honestly. So unless you need a tie breaking vote on this, I'm cool with whatever the majority wants. It doesn't suck...though more clear cut results as to who won what would've been nice. :P I think Wiggs' hide wannabe guy won the BR. :P Still a fun read and a fun show though. |

Yeah that would be my only issue, had to re-read that last paragraph a couple of times and I'm still not 100% sure I won :P If I did, awesome. Very unexpected too, I got one last minute RP up just to get him involved so didn't really expect him to win. Glad people seem to like him, I basically saw The Raid two nights ago and decided I wanted to RP a kick ass martial arts guy. Have had a couple of people now say he reminds them of pre-existing e-fed characters, total accident I assure you, but it does kinda put me off ever moving him up to NGIW proper. Also I'm not fussed about the location. Moving it closer does open up the prospect of interacting with NGIW folk which would be cool. |

I suppose my biggest issue, now that I think about it, is that SLA's name literally has the location in it. :P |

Yeah. Telling me who won would be nice as I really don't know how anyone got that Waiyu won the battle royal. I still don't see it. Haha. Also, who won the main-event? As far as moving SLA, I'll put things this way. I would love to be more involved with SLA but it needs to move to Carson City for that to happen, I think. I want to interact with this roster because it seems fun and I think it would open up a lot of possibilities for the roster with some lower level NGIW characters making appearances from time to time to keep the bouts fresh and give it more of a training ground-type feel. However, as Tom pointed out, the name becomes problematic. Finally, Waiyu Satra is awesome. |

Couldn't resist the reference to the one existing character. They both move fast, they both hit hard, and they're both dicks. One has like 50lbs on the other though. The Raid was awesome. Gritty, but in terms of format, a straight up kung-fu movie. Fun shit. Yeah, Satra did win the opener. As for the Main Event, No Contest due to RIOT. I couldn't pick a winner, too involved in the match, and I couldn't think of a better way to end it. |

Lamoille, NV Las Vegas, NV Laughlin, NV Logandale, NV Lovelock, NV Lund, NV Luning, NV These are all the cities, supposedly, in Nevada that start with L. Start deciding which sounds best, Dai. :P |

Adam already mentioned this about a fed he and I used to run, letters don't really have to mean anything. For about two years we ran a fed and no one knew what the initials stood for. So you could put it in Greenbay, Wisconsin and still have it "SLA". Or just do the whatever thing and say "Still South London Allied. Yes, I know where we are." I don't know, just my own two cents worth. Which is probably worth nothing, seeing as Canada is discontinuing the penny. Party on, Joe. ~eat snacky smores~ |

My only real issue with it is...the graphic even has it's real name on it. Look a bit daft if it says South London blahblah and then the write-up says from Carson City. |

If I say South London is in Nevada then South London is in Nevada. The question is: is South London in South London or is South London in Nevada? |

You, sir, don't get to mess with Geography. Giant mecha spiders? Fine. Zombies from space? Okay. Sentai hero that was sent to an alternate reality that may or may not have been Purgatory/Hell? Alright. But you try to tell me South London's in Nevada and we have a problem, mister. There are some lines you just don't cross. |

Loved the show in its entirety. Got the results of both of the problem matches. Don't see how Waiyu reminds people of hide. Seems to me like a renaissance of old NGIW's crazy Asian badasses. Not that hide isn't one of the above, he's just his own special brand of crazy Asian badass. For my money (and Ofdensen's) I think we could probably set up SLA in South London, Molossia, a newly-formed city encompassing the small wrestling arena and a Fuku Burger. |

hide's badass, but I guess he's not a badass. He's a punk. The punk. Mr. Punk Science. The comparison was maybe a little unfair on my part. Fast moving, hard hitting and Asian is the limit of their similarities. I was always partial to Freedonia myself. President Marky T. Firefly has a good ring to it, huh? |

Just to clear things up: we're in Nevada. Or, at the very least, a landlocked, independent state in the middle of Nevada. It's still SLA. No, there's no nearby town with an L in its name. |
