I'm home and the show is up! Nir wrote the matches, the Joe Stanton promos, and the Sekigun bumper segment. Nathan and Steve both wrote the promos for their respective characters. I just did a couple quickies for the Pirates to fill in some segment spots.

There were a few no-shows this week, which were disappointing, but those that did RP did a great job. The RCR match was the hardest match to decide and out of four people I couldn't get a decisive winner so I came up with a no contest end. Yeah, I know those are the best but it is what it is I stand by it.

Card will be up soon. Thoughts on the show?

I also did a Lioncock segment. :(

:P

Wrote the show, so not alot to comment on, really. Liked the Pirates segments and the Stephen & Nathaniel segments. Felt the Pirates ones moved things along for them and for the Sekigun situation nicely. And, I was a little surprised to see Nathaniel targeting Stephen, though I think a match between them could be interesting.

Pretty fun show. Nothing sensational, but very solid. Good promos from Alexander and Eversol, though that blue/red font combination burns my eyes a little. *laughs*

Genius decision for the end of the main event. I don't know why I didn't think of it.

I liked Ty's stuff this week, and I'm looking forward to see all the new talent debuting over the next show's cycle.

I liked the whole show. The RCR match was awesome and i liked the way it ended. The specific individual segments were all good as well. I also enjoyed the Kisuke/Aimi match too. I like that whole storyline, especially coming off of the way the Pirates stole the tag championships.

I really liked the show, I thought the ending to the RCR was awesome, did not see it coming at all (in a good way), I liked all the segments, I like that the show felt so... packed full. I can't wait for the infusion of new blood that's started up recently to continue, Chaos makes the Kursur in my brain so happy.

As always Nir, excellent job, I liked that moment where Spade was like "plan, what plan? SUPLEX TIME." If you keep this up I will crown you king of eerily accurate character portrayals.

I'd like to add something I forgot to in my initial reply and that I don't think there's really any other thread for this...

I like the new addition to the cards. The attaching a link to the person's bio or the group's sub-forum for every competitor in every match is a really nice touch. Helps make it clear for everyone, including new people coming in blind to this place. And, makes my job easier when writing the show, because I can just have that thread open and get to every bio I need with relative ease. :P

My lackluster efforts this week were due, in large, to unexpected work getting in the way... plus, it was just so damn hot last week. I wasn't going to stay inside my sweat-box apartment and role play about how hot I was, because it would have been the only thing I could think about! Anyways, with what little time I had on Friday I tried. I heard the quote and thought I could build a half-decent RP around it. Apologies to Lita and Dai for no-showing. I'm slipping back into my grove.

All around thought, the show was great. I skimmed mostly, and will read later, but it looks good and the feedback has me curious to read everything.

Good show this week, my feedback won't be too helpful since I'm pretty lost at what's going on in most feuds currently. But I did enjoy reading the show.

I wasn't too satisfied with the way I wrote my promo this week but I'm rarely satisfied with anything I write. I'm hoping Nathan and I knock it out of the park this week with RPs as I have plenty of ideas in mind. Also, sorry for the blue/red font combo. :P

That was a pretty clever finish for the Main Event, all things considered.

Hikou was spamming mid-kicks and a sweet german suplex, so that's pretty much what his profile says. No complaints there, and any match that ends in a head-stomp can't be too bad.

Incidentally, the Hayato Stomp is now the Dragonfly Stomp; basically because the person I named it for now reps Hikou; but honestly, Hayato Stomp is a cooler name, and I don't mind if it sticks around. If anyone has any good ideas for names - good ideas - I am perfectly willing to consider them.

Also: wow. Loads of new people. Looking forward to this week.

I will not be liking this new feature when I resume control.

I concur with Wight. While it's nice for the newcomers, I can't exactly say I'm a huge fan of the links. Easy fixes for those who can't navigate the roster section looking for certain people is to list who is in what forum in the forum description. Less busy work, I suppose. Though this thought is really a segway into...

Enjoyed the work with Wight there between Giggles and Roxie. It did catch me off guard, so some things from me may not have made complete sense. Still fun though. I've said before I like little surprises like that as most weeks I'm just winging it anyway so there isn't any disruption going on.

Just a small detail to point out on the card, and I've told this to Wight (though through PM), Spectre Girls encompasses Roxie along with Eve and Lilith. So Lita just did all that extra work putting in a link for Roxie for, I don't wanna say nothing, but...yeah. Nothing. :P And I like to cause her grief every week. And also remind her I got pink.

Letters just won't suffice here.

Party on,

And this is exactly why I've never been a huge fan of how the NGIW Roster is set up. Up until recently it hasn't been an issue since it's just been us for the longest time. It's very clean but it's very off-putting to new members and even a bit overwhelming when they have to navigate through various factions to find out who they're wrestling. I get why Wight doesn't like the feature because he isn't going to want to link them when he does the card but for anyone that doesn't do the card disliking the feature doesn't make sense because it doesn't affect you in any way.

EDITED OUT. I made a bad joke and realized it was going to get viewed as an insult or something more than a joke. So I deleted it instead.

Yeah, hence why despite the fact that I'm not looking forward to doing it, I'll probably still keep it up. It's a good idea. Just means more work for me someday.
