I like him. He's got an interesting story and an interesting personality. I don't know what else to say about him... he could stand to be more focused, I think? It seems like when he's away from Joe Stanton he's not as "on" as he is when he's with him. But he's a good character and I like what you've been doing with him. |

Ill be honest man Id be interested in maybe carrying this on a little more, you seem to have the same interest in your RP's as I do and I haven't had a chance to get properly in depth yet. Also the old Psycho vs the newly developed one could be fun to hash out |

Loving the positive feed back, and I think i have an idea of what you mean when you say "on." I've noticed that Cody has barely been showing emotion and has been kinda cold to a few people. I'll try to fix that, and I kinda like that idea, Punkin maybe forcing Pain to come out and play, messing with Cody on a psychological level. |

I mentioned this to Wighty in my judging feedback for the PPV, but I'll come right out and tell you as well since you asked for feedback. I like Cody more when he's interacting with other wrestlers (or speaking about other wrestlers on his own). I have no issues with his personal storyline and fully support it, but it tends to cut him off from the roster at times (understandable given the storyline). While I understand the necessity of non-playable characters being introduced (hey, I've used more than a few myself!), RPs containing them are difficult to get over as exciting or intriguing. With two characters coming from one handler, it has it's positive point and its negative point. They tend to achieve a very specific point which is generally helpful in a storyline, but at the same time it can be a little lackluster as it's very scripted. Basically, I'd really like to see Cody develop more relationships within the company. Friendships, rivalries, etc. I think these would really intensify his personal storyline as well as we'd see it affecting more characters. In fact, I'm personally interested in continuing the budding friendship we started with Cody and April. I think the two of them would be really positive influences on one another at the moment and maybe even open more doors for them in terms of storylines and feuds. |

Welp, here I am again...asking for feedback. Personally, I feel I haven't been doing much for Pain or the Midway title and as Lita stated before, I'm much better if I have a partner/rival to focus on. I really think when I first started and had that short lived rivalry with Punkin I was on the top of my game, so I think my weakness is mostly RPing without a set goal. Wut chu think ._. |

Yo! Welp, it's actually been awhile since I posted to this thread but at this point I feel it's needed. Basically to me everything I do is perfect (until I lose the match), and now I just feel like Cody as a character is just there to fill the card and that's mostly (or all) my fault. Since i'm not the only one reading my RPs or judging them, i'd like to hear from you guys. What could I do better in my RPs or with Cody, what needs to be fixed or improved on, etc. I just feel this is something that I should have done awhile ago, so responses and shiz are appreciated. |

As I said somewhere else, grammar. I know it's something that's more important to me than others, but It's really one of your major weaknesses. Joint RPs with Lita look so much tidier. Secondly, perhaps you could be more critical of your own work I love everything I write for about three hours before I decide that it sucked, and is the worst thing I ever wrote. By the next day, I usually have a bit of perspective on it. Perhaps I'm making too much of an off-the-cuff remark, though. Finally, character wise, I quite enjoy Cody as a basically nice guy. I think maybe having some kind of issues that develop(ed) into the Pain character would have been a better way to handle that side of him, but hey ho. |

It's rare that I've seen someone play a babyface character for a good stretch of time without getting bored of it, so I like that Cody is just this clean cut, somewhat innocent young man. That's what I love about him. Even if the writing presentation is a little rough around the edges, as Dai pointed out, I find myself wanting to see Cody succeed because he comes across as such a genuinely decent person. The Pain struggle adds to that by evoking an almost sympathetic emotion for him, wanting to see the good side of him battle back against the raging monster that he's kind of afraid of. If you're looking to shake things up with Cody (and I think soon would be a good time for that) you should look into adding repercussions for the Pain personality. He's already shown a stubbornness to not take steps against letting him out. What he needs is to be strongly advised not to wrestle a certain match or whatever by someone important to him that knows it'll bring that out in him, he refuses their advice and as Pain ends up really hurting this person in a way that they begin to look at Cody and Pain as one in the same. Whereas everyone (Cody included) tend to view this personality of his as a completely different person. Something along those lines would add a lot to the squeaky clean image of Cody without completely destroying it. He goes from being this clean cut blue chipper type character to something more dangerous and unpredictable without destroying that babyface side of him that makes him stand out as a unique character. EDIT: Basically, find a way to really drive the point home that Cody sees himself and Pain as two different people. As Cody, he's nice and focused and cares about how people see him. As Pain, he's violent, uncontrolled, uncaring, and just downright sadistic. For people (especially people Cody cares about) to start looking at him like he's a monster should be kind of soul-crushing for Cody and continue that good guy image and continue to evoke sympathy for him while adding a interesting shade of gray and danger to the character. |

Bump for a clarification edit. Wasn't sure if my point was as clear as I wanted to make it originally. |
