Surprised and disappointed by the number of no-shows, but these things happen.

Lioncock vs. Diamond was something cooked up by those of us in the back to help brew this feud a bit more. Looks like we got some input on it from our local harbinger of Doom as well. Nice touch!

A mysterious promo befitting the last holiday NGIW celebrated. Things look to be getting interesting!

A fun match between two newcomers Lord Vycious and The Jokester, written by our very own Mr. Creep! The next match was also written by a guest writer; rotinaj, and closed off by a promo from Dave! Good stuff from both guest writers, thanks to each of them for their efforts! I will mention that the close of the D.C./Barry match was supposed to have ended on a rollup per request, but I forgot to tell rotinaj and after that tits ending I couldn't edit it to make it a rollup. Too classy. Good work!

Great flow in the tag match between Setsuko/Seto and April/Jacqui. Glad to see April and Jacqui picking up a win, too! Both are great characters and very much deserve it. Cool promo bridging this match to the next one between April and Alexander, curious to see where that's going... and it was followed by a well-written beatdown with input from our very own Mr. Creep! Interesting swerve after interesting swerve, and The League is looking REALLY good this Vice!

Good match between Zer01, Cody, Gus, and Dream. Originally had hoped for Punkin to be there to really ignite the feuds going on but, alas, it was not meant to be. I'm sure we can pull something out of those ashes, though, and move on to a brighter future! Good effort by all competitors.

The next match got pulled because... well, nobody RP'ed for it. With Dante Mephisto having personal trouble back home I assume he's gone for now and went ahead and removed his bio from the roster. If he comes back, we'll put him back in! Next week, hopefully we'll see InK and Jerk make a return to form.

Extra special thanks to Nir for putting the Nero/Shinigami segment together with me at the last minute. I meant to get with him earlier in the week but it just kept getting pushed back. I'm juggling too many balls, it seems. Still, I think it turned out pretty great, but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Eve/Claire was a short bout, but no less good. Things seem to be pointing Eve's way for the tag division... will she be snatching that brass ring? On its heels comes some nasty action as the feud between the Red Pirates (and their Spider Cav) and K-Pro runs a little more red! That carnage follows EVEN MORE carnage with an amazing contest between Bloodbath and Jonah Cooper! Nir did a great job of making both wrestlers look AWESOME in that match, and I smell great things coming for The Marine Marvel in the future!

A little promo by Lita and I that pushes storyline for a few different angles we're working on and sets up for the payoff later in the show, followed by The War Hound's last match in NGIW! We hope the War Hound has a good career outside These Hallowed Halls, and the more subscriptions his YouTube Channel gets the more likely that is to happen!

... aaaaaand the main event, and after-math! What a performance! What a show! Special thanks to Nir and Lita for all their help, and the Boy as well for his usual efforts. Thanks again to all who roleplayed and contributed promos. We're rolling into next week with an exciting BLACK whose card should be up tonight or tomorrow.

In the meantime, remember to offer forth your nominees for the NGIW Awards! It doesn't matter how long or how short you've been here; nominate whatever you think is good!

As well, those of you who don't have entrances up yet, please get them in to me! It helps make the show so much stronger of an experience with the full pomp and circumstance!

EDIT: Thanks to Adam for the entire show concept. He sent it to me early this year and I was glad we got to use it!

Thots?

Never won a match by DQ, before, so that was pretty cool. I would've liked to seen a little more offense from Chris Dash, though. You know, surprise roll-up, attempting to fight off the League, etc. Beyond that one little thing, it was still entertaining, and the Dash/Black team-up will be awesome. Commentary during Dash's entrance, along with Creep's antics, were hysterical.

Great work from the writers, as always. Tag match between the Red Pirates and KAMIKAZE was a highlight :) The spot with Fukumori's back getting reduced to hamburger meat was amazingly disgusting. Or disgustingly amazing. Flip a coin. It was something Mick Foley would've pulled off in his heyday.

Opening with The League mauling Diamond was much better than I envisioned. It really established both the gang warfare mentality of The League and (I hope lol) Ryan Campbell as a threat to the RCR.

Cooper VS. Bloodbath was also a fun read, with plenty of good spots. I liked how Bloodbath getting pinned was portrayed as a huge upset. I know Bloodbath's a Tag Champion, but I wouldn't mind a short program between him and Cooper.

Overall, an enjoyable, solid card.

Sorry, realized after the deadline I never actually wrote down the Diamond RP in my head :(. Ah well, I loved that segment, this is exactly the kind of gangland violence I like from the League and I personally think it sets Ryan up really well as a real live RCR contender.

I really like getting some other writers in the show, Nir is awesome, I've told him so enough times lol, but it's good to get some fresh people in there to shake things up.

I like the energy around the Zer01, Cody, Gus, and Dream match, a few different threads all shifting around each other through the week, it was cool.

I love the K-Pro/Pirates Storyline. It's so vicious and fun to read.

Speaking of the Pirates, ME was radical, Feral! Tremendous was a great read and I liked the flow of the match a lot.

That Aftermath had me in stitches, FYI.

I'm not the best at point by point positive feedback, so If I didn't mention it, assume it was awesome.

What a match.

Whatamatchwhatamatchwhatamatch.

WHAT. A. MATCH!

FANTASTIC work with Barry, you guys. I haven't seen him written this true to character in forever! Please let rotinaj write Barry permanently! Also, good and deserved win by Dave - but as Adrian Neville would say, 'you think it's personal? This is only the beginning!' (And that ending...OY! Barroom Blitz into a roundhouse counter?! If you don't mark for that, you don't have a heart!)

Also surprised at winning the Vycious match, I would have given Jokester the win.

As for Jacqui, good thing I RP'ed as I was unaware she had a match! Guess I didn't look at the card properly...

And ALSO...hello, Kitty...!

Not to be a pain here, and I know it sucks Adam couldn't show for the Claire/Eve match, but I kinda have to reiterate my comment about squash matches. Never a fan no matter the outcome.
Party on,
Joe.

Oh, you. I'm sure you say that to all the girls. :p

My days of writing half a card(or God forbid, an entire card like when I was fedheading... ugh.), but I am happy to pitch in and write one or two per show. As for the actual card, I was quite happy with it. I will do detailed feedback when I am not on my Kindle, but the main event was rad, as was the Astro heat segment(man, that guy is a dick!), the Mister Creep segment was fun a he'll, I loved my match(Bloodbath felt like a proper monster, but getting to hang tough against him and squeak out a win was total badassness), and whoever wrote Jones/Wiland sure is handsome, dashing, and a good writer!

That was an awesome show as usual! I had a lot of fun writing the promo between Nathaniel and April. Poor Nathaniel can't catch a break. First losing the tag titles with Stephen and now April basically shuts him down. Jeez! Lol. It's gonna be fun to see that whole thing play out and everything involving The League and BLS.

Aside from that, the main event match with Intensity and Captain Tremendous was great! It's gonna be a lot of fun to see how the Stephen/Astro stuff plays out next week. Definitely looking forward to that. It'll be cool to see if/how Intensity gets worked into that.

The KISUKE vs Benedict match was really good as well. Sad to see this be Benedict's last match. It would have been cool to see more. But it was definitely a good match and Neal is a great RP'er. I'll definitely be subbing to his YouTube channel.

Fantastic show this week. I really like to see The League taking shape more and more recently and every one of us has had a role to play.

Eversol being mentioned in an NGIW title match is humbling and super awesome. This should be a fun week, RP-wise!

Just you, honey.

And may I say I can relate with your feelings re: being a single-father fedhead? I was one once...for TWO FREAKIN' WEEKS BEFORE THEY CLOSED THE FED ON ME!!!

No worries that the match didn't end with the rollup, I was perfectly happy with how it went. What, I said happy? It was f'in awesome! Especially the finish.

Anyways, great show guys. I'm happy to be a part of this.

Okay, starting from the top. The match that was supposed to be Diamond/Lioncock ended up being a really damn brutal gangbeating, which is always awesome. I hope that Diamond isn't totally done in the fed, because coming back from this sort of thing does tend to elevate one's face status quite a bit. The whole "battlin' back from adversity" build can make someone literally just like that. Not that I'm hinting that when someone gets around to feuding with me, they should totally do this type of thing.

Hint hint.

Apparently Catwoman and the Joker are comin' to town. And the Joker is using that uber-handsome cosplay Joker as his picbase.

Nice.

The Jokester vs Vycious was short and sweet, pretty cool to read. I'm a big mark for Vycious's character, too. I love the idea of an old grappler who came back for one last run at the top. Hell, before I fully applied, I had given Mjolnir and Wighty a few options to see which'd fit in more, and that gimmick was one of them. I'm eager to see where Vycious goes.

Like I said, Barry Jones vs DC Wiland was phenominal, the dude who wrote that must be super handsome and smart and witty and good at writing. I think that he should be given lots of praise and then all the title belts.

I'm glad that Jacqui got the win here. I like the character, and enjoyed the exchange I had with her at Hellraise. She's a solid character, and the fact that this fed treats female characters as on par with males is a solid reason I like it here. Sara Del Rey could probably kick the fuck out of 3/4ths of the WWE roster with ease.

The Nate/April segment was really sweet. I keep fucking around and not doing segments when I really should do them, but one of my problems is that I honestly don't know who to do a segment with. All my matches so far have been one-and-dones, and most everyone on the roster seems tied up with angles and feuds and alliances already. Anyway, some tension between two folks who haven't had a lot of stuff going on between them was cool. Show that the locker room really is quite deep, and lots of people are working for this company, not all of whom get along or actually even know each other.

Yeah.

Now, I have to take exception with Chris Dash in the next match. I'm not gonna call myself a Brony or any such thing, because labels are for buttholes. But no true MLP fan is gonna just yell "PONY", they're gonna yell something like "FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC!" or "FOR CELESTIA" or "MY CUTIE MARK MEANS I'M GONNA KICK SOME ASS!".

Now that I've thoroughly lost everyone's respect, I will say that Dash and Jonah would be a fun pair of guys to get together off-camera to hang out. Dash can bring some fuckin' hard cider he claims is from Sweet Apple Acres, and can introduce Jonah to the maaaaaaagic of Equestria, Jonah can be confused but generally friendly, Katie could be so turned off, it's not even funny. Good times.

(I liked Mister Creep puttin' on the Ritz tonight, so to speak. Him and the League were looking awfully dominant, even with the pratfalls and punchlines mixed in.)

The Richlen/Dream/Zer01/McGinnis match was cool, but I feel like this whole situation needs something added to it. I dunno what specifically, but this match was a touch too short and just kinda felt there. Now, not every match needs to have amazingness going on in it, but this didn't feel like it advanced the story of the Flycore title any.

The Nero Kazama/God of Death segment was really cool. I was expecting it to turn into a rock-off at any point, however. Rain is a really cool looking dude, so the idea of K-Pop vs Metal would have been funny. (Get what I'm referring to?)

Um, I don't have much to say about Eve/Claire. It was pretty squashy. That's not bad, but... Doesn't leave me a lot of room to critique.

Damn, Sekigun vs the Pirates was nasty. It was a really good heat-segment for the Sekigun, but I wish someone had been able to make the save earlier for the Pirates. Poor Greenie. Nobody deserves to be David Flair'd like that. Blugh.

Now, I need to edit my entrance and include how Jonah is beginning to get over(What with winnin' all the time), but other than that, I got no complaints. This match was awesome, Jonah looked smart, skillful and crafty and Bloodbath looked like the bastard child of Vader and Bruiser Brody. Everything here was totes rad.

Y'all guys need to add some sort of transition between the end of one match and the next. The little canned commercials I see from time to time are good, but more need to exist, or just a "The camera cuts to...". I thought that Nero was coming out with Richlen and the Dream still in the ring, and I thought Astro Blue was gonna start talking shit on Jonah here.

Kisuke killing Ronan was sad. It's always sad to see somebody go, especially somebody I was gonna work with.

Ah well.

Poor Tremendous. All that fire, nobody to take it out on but the Manolith. This was a badass match, although now that I look at it, I had the totally wrong mental image of Captain Tremendous. I was thinking he was some enormous guy who looked like Blackbeard.

Oops.

Anyway, the match was fun, Intensity got the win he needs to stay in the hunt for Astro Blue's belt, and then the main event angle got furthered.

All in all, good show, fun to read. I'd give it...

...8 out of 10? It wasn't a 9 or a 10, because it didn't blow me away. It wasn't just "meh" to read, thanks to some good brawls, that sweet Nero segment, Creep getting facetime, and me getting a huge rub. Room for improvement, but going along a very, very good path.

Transitions have always been kind of an odd point. It's why I usually sprinkle a promo between matches, to give everyone time to get things cleaned up and get backstage for the next bout... but we don't always have them and we don't have a whole lot to actually advertize. It's probably the only downfall of being on a premium cable station with no commercials in-world, but I'm sure us clever coozies can think up something.

Otherwise thanks for the feedback. I, too, agree that I would not shout "pony" at someone who ran up to me and shouted "pony". Perhaps join them in a chant of "pony", but then again I'm not much of a "scream things in your face and have them screamed back at you" type of guy anyway, so maybe that's where there disconnect is.
