Whew. That one wiped me out. Thanks to everyone who sent in promos. We ALMOST had too many of them for the show! Super special thanks to to Lita, rotinaj, and Nir as usual. Lita penned the main event and rotinaj the Odd Couple/Intensity and Jonah match. Nir, of course, did the rest of the show. Speaking of, I know none of us are really a fan of squash matches and shorter results, but with one guy doing the lion's share of the work for the show... it's gonna happen. I'm going to try to take some of that pressure off of him, but I don't write full matches anymore. I just don't have time for it. So the lower card is going to be looking a lot less full unless some more of you want to step up to help take some of the pressure off Nir. If not, s'cool with me. Card'll be up... probably sometime tomorrow? I really don't feel like keeping my head under the bubbling waters of NGIW at the moment. If any of you have any suggestions for matches (that you haven't already sent me) I'd love to hear them! Thots? |

That was an amazing show! I have to say I've been having a lot of fun with RP's with the storylines going on with BLS and everything surrounding them. I really enjoyed writing the "A weight on Alexander's mind" RP with Steve. I liked that it showed a more serious side of BLS rather than the usual club hopping rich guys. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing where the story goes. The main event match between Astro and Eversol was awesome! That was a really great twist the way Astro managed to kinda get out of the match with Eversol. I've said this a lot but it still holds true; Astro is easily one of my favorite characters so having Nathaniel alongside him in one match and then against him recently (even though it's indirectly) has been awesome. Definitely tons of fun. Although the tag match involving Alexander and Ryan Campbell was a short one, it was awesome nonetheless. I think both teams were represented well in that match and the promo afterward that Lita wrote was awesome. She'd mentioned to me she had the idea to write it but didn't want to give away the outcome of the tag match so I told her to go ahead and use Alexander for it. I think it definitely helped push the angle that I'm trying to run with for Alexander as did the previous promo Lita and I wrote before the tag match. In non-League/BLS related stuff, The Jonah Cooper/Intensity vs. Odd Couple match was great! A lot of cool back-and-forth stuff in that one and it was a lot of fun to read. Overall everything was awesome and I am DEFINITELY looking forward to what's coming up next! Great job to everybody involved with this show! |

Picking up two defeats today against two worthy opponents. Well done guys, especially Dave, who whupped me with his RP. Looking forward to this standard of competition henceforth. It's been a very busy week for me, with band practice and Vans Warped Tour and a Windows Update that corrupted my C:/ drive. Which leads me to my next point: my computer is going to have to be repaired, and I'm not sure how long it will take (hopefully not two weeks!), so I may have to RP towards the end of the deadline (or find some other solution.) Just a preemptive warning. Good show once again. PS: Apologies to Jo-Jo for not finishing our thing with Jacqui and Stacy. Again, busy busy busy. |

Tag match didn't go as I had requested it to, but I suppose I can still work with it. Roxie/Setsuko kinda went the way I expected it. Apologies for the lack of Roxie stuff, it was hard getting into that mindset and I didn't just want to keep doing the "I don't know what you're saying" bit. I figured that would get old fast. Kinda sucks there wasn't a conclusion to the Jacqui/Stacy thing, but it doesn't mean she's off the hook though. We'll have to work something else out. :P Once again really enjoyed the work between Lilith and Spade. Amelia was a sudden addition so I tried to work her off to the side as much as possible. Has anyone else noticed Lilith tends to humanize herself around Spade more than anyone else? Hm, wonder what that's all about. Blink's done here. At least for the time being as I have no more ideas about bringing her in for another visit. While the idea of having her meet up with Pixie was my idea I had my obvious reserves in whether a meeting would actually be visible or not. I mean, for one you have Blink who's not even an active member of the roster and has never really been fully explained here and Pixie who hasn't been seen around these parts in years. So a meeting between the two could have gone either way. Thankfully, Wight gave her some backstory in what she's been doing so it wasn't like she was doing the whole generic "whatever" thing. So Im glad the whole thing worked out so well and hope people liked it. Apologies to those for the small font, maybe it's just me but it comes off smaller (even through the same code) here than her actual home. *shrugs* Again, maybe it's just me. Hopefully people still enjoyed her for what little of her has been seen. But now you know who Terri hates and maybe even why she hates her. Party on, Joe. ~eat snacky smores~ |

I know, right? *Swoon* Joe, apologies again, my PC started acting wonky on Thursday when I was planning to RP, and then Friday, Sat and Sun I was busy all day. |

Sorry about that. Left your notes backstage but I guess in Nir's rush to get the show up before he had to work they got overlooked. |

I really enjoyed the show this week. I had a lot of fun getting to write Astro's show stuff in the main-event. I can't remember the last time I actually wrote a match. It was fun writing Eversol vs. "Astro" because it was able to be somewhat competitive. Astro's segment was fun to write because it's so much fun to write him as a dick. The actual Eversol vs. Astro match wasn't as fun to write because it couldn't be very competitive but I know it served a purpose. Big thanks to Steve for actually wanting Eversol to come out of that whole scenario looking foolish and really put Astro over in a HUGE way. I know ultimately it will benefit Eversol and your plans for him as well, but it helped to really further along Astro's gimmick and storyline as well so I do owe you a huge thanks for that. I had a lot of fun RPing with you this week and I'm actually kind of sad that the Astro and Eversol friendship has come to an end. I also want to thank rotinaj for including Astro's antics in the Odd Couple vs. Jonah/Intensity match. The idea came to me on show day and when I realized it was the match that rotinaj took, I figured I was SOL. Considering I used to wait until last minute to write my matches back in the day, I sent him the info anyway as a just in case and thankfully he hadn't written the match yet. Sweet! There was some slight editing to it but that was only because our arena layout is different than the norm with the commentators back by the entrance stage. So I just changed that up. Otherwise it was perfection and I loved that Cooper wanted to get at Astro. I really love that he can draw in so much hatred from people he's not even directly involved with. It makes me feel like I'm doing my job writing him as a massive heel. :) The Pirate Bay Spider Cav match was fantastic! I did up a quickie PBSC entrance with new music that I hope Dai is OK with. I went out on a limb with it, but somehow I think it was very fitting. The music might be better suited for their robot spider, but eh. I don't know if Nir did it intentionally for not, but the batting order for the Pirates in specific was a nice touch. Hehe. I absolutely loved the way that Aimi was written from beginning to end and the POSE~! at the end was fan-freaking-tastic! Great job on that Nir and I can't wait to see what else we've got in store for this feud. I'm so glad Hayden and I were able to get together for the Seto and Suri segment that made it into the show. I'm really loving their budding romance that is slowly building in front of the world. It's so out-of-character for Suri and that's why I love it so much. Seto makes her feel things that boys generally don't make Suri feel. It's awesome. Big thanks to Hayden for making time for me. I love writing with him. I couldn't let a show go by without Nathaniel being a creeper. I think it's just an awesome role for him as he transitions into his new role. I knew that the second promo was too perfect to pass up after what Nate wrote in the first one so I'm glad Nate gave me the OK to write it. |

Fantastic show this week. I had a ton of fun RP'ing against Lita this week and hope to see another Astro/Eversol feud in the future. As Lita said, I knew the screw job was coming and thought this would be a great opportunity to use it as motivation to become more intense and angry in future Eversol/BLS RPs. Edit: Nathaniel is a superb creeper |

Oh goodness, I've been out-creeped! (Really good segments though) Awesome show this week, it was really high grade stuff. I loved the exchange between Ryan Campbell and Cody, really a great feud to follow. The fake-out by Astro was brilliant and I loved it. Nice to see such a well-written twist. I also really enjoyed the Odd Couple V. Intensity/Cooper matchup, really a well written match, at first the past tense threw me off but I got used to it pretty quick and I liked every bit of the bone-crunching savagery. Stellar job from everyone. |
