Thanks to Lita, Joe, T, Hayden, and Lita again. I did the stuff they didn't do, but it was mostly Lita. Grats to the winners, better luck next time to the losers. Card to follow momentarily, feedback to follow... eventually. I'm mostly waiting because I'm sure you lot will have plenty of questions for me to answer. Thots? |

I was feeling strangely inspired by this show. Surprised I wrote as much as stuff as I did. The Pirate Girls promo was just something I felt needed to be done to wrap up the going-ons of this week. It was short, sweet, to the point, and hopefully I can continue this little side angle in the meantime. Aimi's got a lot of pain in my head. I spoke to Wight about this actually, trying to come up with some way to alleviate this. It's been a long time since one of my characters I created was actually hurting emotionally. I just don't really know what to do for Aimi coming out of this. I'm sorry to say that I voted against Scott Free. It was nothing to do with the work that's being put into him. Unfortunately, I just felt that Terrifying has had a bit of a rough run recently and could really use a win. JoJo is doing great with the character and I don't want him discouraged. I don't feel that a loss here really upsets Scott's momentum any as he's been on a crazy good roll lately and that's because Adam is such an incredible writer. What the hell happened with Bloodbath and Holland? That is so totally not the kind of match I'd ever consider writing but dammit if the RPs didn't speak to me. My brain was overloaded with ideas on what to do with this match. I am obviously a big fan of both writers as I did pitch this story for the two of them. As I told Wight in the feedback, both were FANTASTIC this week and I hope this keeps up. I also hope they like what I wrote for the match. I never had any intentions of this being more than the start of something between these two. I had so much fun RPing with Hayden this week. Seto and Yoshi was different but still fun for me. I am loving the Seto and Suri romance so much. It's one of the funnest things I've been doing recently. I think he's just super adorable around her. I wanted to portray both Gus and Seto as good guys with a competitive drive in the match so they were a bit subdued at first. Hopefully the three of us can come up with some way to turn the heat up between two respectable fighters. The result was a matter of Hayden having a lot more content, honestly. I was really surprised that Shaelin didn't appear at all alongside Gus. The unsanctioned match kinda confused me. What was up with the Roxie talking parts? Had a blast working with T this week. The Cody/April RP was a lot of fun as was the promo that we got to work on together. The Cody/April friendship is going exactly the way I envisioned in my head so that's all kinds of good. I look forward to where we can go with this (although there is some stuff planned). The match was well written and a BIG thanks to Hayden for helping out this week. T had the brilliant idea for Cody to use the Shoryuken to finish the match and I think it worked out great. I had to get on Nate and Steve's case for waiting so long to RP but that was because Nate told me it would be up one day and like three weeks later it still wasn't up. Hehe. I'm anxious to see where we can go with RPs involving the three of our characters. Writing the match was a fun experience but it was probably the most difficult of the three I originally took. Dream Team are unorthodox to write so I hope I portrayed them well. I tried to have fun with them as their RPs were SUPER FUN! Nathaniel and Stephen were the straight men to this running gag and I think the two teams actually play off each other fantastically. Overall, it just came down to the fact that Hayden was really "on" this week with the Dream Team and there was no way we could justify handing them a loss this week. However, we didn't want to damage the new champs too much as Nate and Steve put up a valiant effort. I hope the finish that I came up with is satisfactory for everyone. The Horus/Astro in-ring segment gave me goosebumps. Seriously! I read it first thing this morning when Wight text me to add to it when I could. I read it and was blown away by how great of a moment it was. There was nothing I needed to add. This was supposed to go down during the three-way match at MADNESS but I think it worked so much better this week. I am so excited to have Horus back in the ring and I can't wait to see what Wight and I do with this moving forward. The main-event was scary. I wanted to get the show up as soon as possible so I offered to take it but damn if it wasn't scary. I'd never written Ultra before and despite loving the character I know very little about him. I know he likes beautiful people and hates people he deems ugly (even though hide is gorgeous!) but I wasn't really sure what I could really do with him. Then I'm always terrified to write hide. Always have been. Probably always will be. Intensity... he's just a wildcard to me. I feel comfortable writing him but I always second guess how violent to make him. Trent was easy to write. Lol. In the end, I was super happy with everything I wrote here. Hopefully those actually involved are. Final thought... HOLY SMOKES MR. INTENSITY VS. HIDE KITAZAWA IN A UNIFICATION MATCH?!?!?!?! Dat's a sexy match with high stakes! |

Really should be getting ready for work here, just time to explain one thing; Roxie talking parts were a creative decision I made after getting only four hours of sleep. Just random bits I decided to throw it because they were random and don't mean anything. Party on, Joe. ~eat snacky smores~ |

Yeeeeeeeeah. Kina expected that. I had a grand idea in mind for an Age of Empires-based promo. And then I came down sick. And I had to get another fanfic chapter done. And I had other e-fed work. And actual work (my title, since I spend most of the four hour shift throwing cardboard into a compactor, may as well be "cardboard bitch"). And time ran out. Thus the promo went straight to hell, do not pass GO, do not beat Hayden and Lita this week. |

I'm sorry to hear that, Sticky. Hopefully you'll get an opportunity to do what you want this week. I'm excited to see how Suri vs. Shaelin goes down. They're both fiery females that I think add a lot to the Gus/Seto feud centering around the Flycore title since the men are both extremely nice guys overall and really epitomize face vs. face. |
