To begin, thank you to everyone that helped with some of the segments I wanted to do for this show. Your work is, as always, appreciated.

Going to be quick about the feed tonight, just to get the ball rolling and because I'd like to get some dinner.

I feel the judge that did offer his thoughts put it best, Roxie and Mouse didn't lose this match, Holland and Nathaniel just won it. That is to say, there was nothing wrong with Jo's Spectre Girls work. Just that Will and Nate were a touch more dynamic and interesting with their stuff.

The matches with no shows...well, duh.

The tag match, this was a hard match to call. Of everyone that I got the opinions of, it was a split with myself on the fence. In the end, I went with the decision I felt would potentially cause the most interesting aftermath and lead to something neat. Again, not a knock against anyone involved, everyone did good stuff.

The Mars and hide match was an odd one. Pretty much everyone said the same thing about it. Could go either way, due to neither having too strong of a presence this cycle. Ended up going with Mars, mostly to continue hide's little storyline.

The threeway match was probably the hardest match to call this show. I was hoping to rely on the other judges' thoughts to get a clear cut winner out of it, because I felt one could justify giving the W to pretty much any of them. In the end, the staff member that did step forward with thoughts echoed something that had been bouncing around in my head. From a technical standpoint, the Mike Harrison and April Lynn RPs were strong. However the war of semantics between them kind of dragged both down and Hayden's Dream RP had oomph to it.

I've always felt, first and foremost, RPs are meant to be about entertainment and story progression rather than winning an argument. Not to say a heated back and forth can't progress a story, but I've always hated when RPs descend down the path of semantics and feel it tends to lose sight of what's important.

That said, I tried to let everyone come away from the match looking about as good as one can where there has to be a single winner.

The main, again a case of where both parties did about on par. But the judge felt, and I concurred, that the PBSC was missing a touch of it's usual heart and spirit to it this time around. Whereas the Bisenshi were a tight, entertaining package.

That's that. Onto the next card.

Thoughts?

Brief "oh snap" cuz I didn't realize the deadline was up and didn't contribute my thoughts or anything. Sorry about that. I'll check out the show later and feed that.

Mjolnir, I'm going to send you updated entrances for Richlen, Shaelin, and for PredNation's tag entrance in a bit.

As far as the show.... Yeah, only reason I didn't put all that much effort in my promo was because I had that sinking feeling that I'd be the only one promoting for that math.

Somewhere along the way, this felt less like wrestling promos and more like an argument in the comments section of a Youtube video.

Having said that, I did enjoy this show quite a bit. As for the no-shows, I was a bit let down by my match. I would have much rather had a close win or even a loss in a tight, back-and-forth contest between an angry man and the man who attacked his lover. Instead, we got a squash. I'm still trying to get a feel for who everyone is in the fed, but I will say that I am enjoying myself quite a bit thus far.

I think the show in general was pretty on-point. I'm still on the fence about commentator dialogue being color-coded, but since I was expecting it this week it was less jarring.

I thought my characters were written well. The Doctor more than the Bisenshi, but still good all around.

I'm stunned Mars won. Absolutely stunned.

I have a disagreement or two on a couple of calls, but since I forgot to add my thoughts to the judging pool, I can't really argue with them.

Good show! Looking forward to the next.

Yeah.

Was a festival at the weekend, so I had to go before I could get my RP formed, and when I got back, I had about three hours before the deadline to try and hammer that into something.

Dai sucks, well known fact.
