me new horse Posts: 837 Group: Squad Member #14 Joined: March 16, 2005	Hi folks, Long range surf forecast is looking good a present so hopefully we’ll be running at Magheroarty. In order to get the event running smoothly we have a pro team of judges that Harry has been working hard with to set up a running order and it’s looking like it will be a busy weekend. We therefore need help from all the NI people to make the event the best in Europe this year. I have set up a list of jobs to be done on the day, putting people into teams so that when others are on the water the job still gets done. 1. Judges tent (spotters) – Kevin Quinn, Erica Chisholm, Rob Carmichael 2. Runners to Tabulators – Gerald McGahey, Joanne Foreman, Paddy Poland 3. Judges tent door men – Damien Smith, Alan Knox 4. Tabulators – Sharon Bingham, Noell ?, Dolores McWeeney, Michelle O’Hare, Maggie, Graine, Colin Daysh, Paddy King, Geraldine King 5. Bib collectors/ check people on/off the water – Mike Barton, Michael Norris, Jake King 6. Flag Changing – Christopher Hobson, Marcus Mundy, Cathoir Dolan, Corin King 7. Safety – Ashley Hunter, Richard Hobson, Mark Taylor, 8. PA system – Shooter, Jonny Bingham 9. Video/still photography – Chloe Hamilton, Jonny Bingham, Dessie McGlinchey 10. Horn System – Dessie McGlinchey 11. Registration/T-shirt distribution - Jonny Bingham, Sharon Bingham, Dessie McGlinchey team leader These are all important jobs and it is important to work in teams so that we can get time off to surf/relax etc. Please contact me if you think you’d be best placed elsewhere.
