Hi Folks I am new to kayaking and very new to surf kayaking in particular, so this may be a dumb question, I have a Mega Nutron to play with, but dont like not having a drain plug to help get the water out. Is there a practical reason for not fitting one? Any Comments would be appreciated. Cheers Tony |

I don't think there is a practical reason as such. If you were practically minded you could probably fit one in. There are kits out there so you can do this. Personally I would buy a sponge to get the last dribbles of sea water out. Peaceout. |

Thanks Andy. I think I will fit one as it will help get the sand out of the boat. At the moment I a spend a fair bit of time swimming so sand is a problem. Cheers Tony |
