hola from Santa Rita
We have just arrived this afternoon minus 4 boats.
The plane was full and some of the boats were taken back off, we mustnt have had enough gas to get to lisbon.
Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow.
The accomodation is a 5 min walk from the contest site so it seems that we are in the ideal location.
The beach looks like it will be fun getting in or out at high tide. It will probably result in a few broken boats before the end of the contest.
Just going for a nap as i only managed an hours sleep on the plane after being up all night due to the travelling.
Its Hot Hot Hot out there and shaving my head yesterday might not have been such a good idea, as my hat is in my boatbag.
Been chating with the Scotch and Welsh. It seems that by tomorrow everyone will have arrived.
Waves are small and a little steppy, so it will take a bit of getting used to before the contest begins on Friday, so far all is good.
