I was inctive, then registered, then newbie.. in about 5 minutes. Wth?

As for newbie, I've only been a member for over a year and made over 100 posts.. -_-

Yeah, back in the old NR there was this script. It turned evil and made us all inactive. From what I've heard the script is no more so you shouldn't experience anymore trouble with it.

Some of the basics from the old NR still remain, such as the promotion system.
This means that the promotion system still promotes from Inactive to Registered, then Newbie, Member, etc.

The difference is that we now don't have to deal with a crappy JavaScript that keeps moving people around. >_>

The code was removed when the NR transferred from IF to ZB.
As I said before, though... The old NR's group promotion system still remains.
That's why you can go from Registered to Newbie to Member, etc.

Yes, if you are away for a while you will go to the rank "Inactive". However if you return and post a little bit you are sure to rank up within a couple of minutes to the rank you had before.:)
