I actually use OSX more. On the other hand, I like Vista quite a bit. Lots of options, and with the right keyboard mapping, it's actually better on my Pro than it is on a PC. And as far as torrents, my neighbors back in Sacramento got busted for drugs, then got fined $1.8 Million for "Possession of Pirated Material". (They had a HUGE crap-load of stuff on their PC.) |

I am never switching to Vista. XP is probably the most stable Windows O/S out there. Now, 8GB RAM? That is crazy. I only have 1GB on my laptop. |

XP is outdated and cannot support a lot of the newer programs. And trust me, so far Vista is running better than the new Windows 7. (BTW, Thanks for that test code LS2, but WS7 crashes like crap.) I'm happy with Leopard and Vista. Although I'm about to get the upgrade to the new Snow Leopard. |

XP may be outdated, but it can support pretty much all the stuff I run, so that works. Got Snow Leopard installed maybe a month ago, it's pretty nice, start-up and shut-down times are a lot shorter. |

Outdated? Pssh. I've seen people still using 2000. By the way, why did you leave good ol' America? Okay, maybe the economy...but still? If you really wanna know, PC me. DarkKnight I just noticed this above me. Wow... wowaname

So... A while back, I had a problem with my MacBook Pro. (For some reason, it was telling me the memory was "incorrectly configured" (whatever the eff that means). So I sent it in to get it repaired. I wound up borrowing an HP during the time that I didn't have my Mac. And it was a piece of crap. (Spent more time posting and stuff on my iPhone.) Well. I just got my Pro back, and there was an invoice in the box from Apple. They upgraded my DVD drive to a Blu-Ray drive! No cost! Not that I need it, since I don't often have the time to watch a movie... But still cool.
