Well I got the wheelyking yesterday. Bashed the crap out of it, but I got bored today and began stretching it.

Wheelbase now sits at 12.5, and it has to much articulation for my use, but I can turn it into a comp crawler with a change of body. :o

I reversed the chassis, made an servo on axle mount, used traxxa's links and halfshafts, and made new steering links. I need to pick up more brakline and 4-40 threaded rod, so dont mind the huge link on the front for steering.

The servo mount isnt finished yet, I just wanted to make sure it works before I bother peeling the sticker, and finish fileing it down.

I plan on running stock wheels and tires, as they look cool with the jeep body.

Motor will be a 55t Integy crawler motor. There on backorder so once tower gets some in I'll have it.

Im just gonna let the pictures speak for themselves, its hot outside today.

Box Stock.

Jeep is going to be the body I use, Blazer and Semi were just for fun, and the stock body will get hacked for crawling.

Looking good. I like the TrailBlazer and the Jeep. I have a 2wd Wheely King, but I have not decided what to do with it yet.

An RC for my RC. I was going to use a BIT Truck (a bit big, lol), but midget came up with the idea to use micromachines. So credit to him.

So you guys are going to be the only one's to see it ATM.

It's needing a motor (have it backordered on tower, but stormer has them instock. They cost more [like $6 more] but this is going to tell me if im going to the first GTG.] So i'll spend a few bucks more and pick one up.

Faspearl blue, w/ Faspearl charchol fenders and etc. Coated the fenders w/ testor Dull coat, to protect the paint some.

Velcro body mounts work great. I love the looks of this truck. I hope I will be able to run the tires at GTG's/Comps. It says Mashers/Moabs the biggest tire, but these are a tad larger.

by the way paint looks great but you better pick up that scate board before someone falls and breaks there neck :poke:

66 or 70t spur will speed it up. Less acel. and more top speed. Stock Spur is 90t.

yes you are right but they are running 32 pitch its a bigger gear it slows them down
i am running 48 pitch on my tranny i think a 96 i forget biggest i could get on there
i guess i should have stated the a emaxx spur was 32 pitch

also 32 pitch will take alot more abuse then 48 . that is why they are on nitro rides alot. only down side and i am sure you allready know this if you run any other tamiya stuff (XC ta02) they are noisier but not a real big deal. if you got the lathe on order none of this really matters but i figured if you dont this is like 6 bucks to do at the LHS so you could save the buck switch to heavier duty gears and get the lathe when tower has them in stock.

Well I thank your for the sugestions. But I dont think $6 will cover a Spur and Pinion. So I'll just spend the $6 and get one from stormer.

Thanks.

Yea, but I like the way it looks. Kinda like the driver had enough money for the tires under the truck, but not enough for the spare. Plus I had it lying around. Add's to the 'Cheap" Part.
