WK 2.2 Crawler rebuild! After the fun I had building the C10 Tuber I will start on a full tube crawler chassis for the WK. I am going to get a AX10 sooner or later, so I don't need 2 2.2 Crawlers that are almost the same thing. So one will be a tuber! I am planning on it being a 2.2, but I have also thought about Maxx size tires and a longer w.b. for a super crawler. Any opinions? I will post some more next week when I start the new chassis. |

Well this is interesting as I'm working on a 2.2 comp tuber too! The guy I got it from wanted to use it as a super but didn't. I'm not a big fan of crawlers unless it looks somewhat real. Some of the supers with 18" WBs and little 1/10th scale bodies look odd. |

The King axles should be able to take Maxx rubber (they give you 14mm adapters with the truck); just get some deep-offset rims and go to town ![]() Btw, Maxx driveshafts will mate up to King U-joints, if you didn't know that already. |

I was thinking .75" offset Maximizer Beadlocks with Maxx Mashers. I already have the Maxx shafts in it. |

I will have it at the next GTG but it is still a 2.2 (for now). |
