    leafbarrett: yes, sleep deprivation. of all the random triggers for epilepsy, I got that as an insomniac.

    leafbarrett: it was a severe bout of insomnia (pushing a solid week) when we learned that I had epilepsy triggered by sleep deprivation. no clue how many seizures I'd had before that, but I finally had one in someone else's presence
