@Kuma: *points to edit* I only found out about my hormones because my monthly cycle somehow got kicked WAY out of whack (to the point where it was one to two days long. I personally was happy with it, my mom wasn't). A simple little change in my diet, though, solved that problem, but because I never took hormone meds while doing that my hormone levels are still the same. |

@Kirvee: I see.. That time I was talking about, I only had periods once every 3-4 months. It was crazy ....I...don't actually know what my hormone levels are like lol. With my luck, they're normal :( You know, it really annoys me how males have a steady supply of estrogen all their lives, while females/transmen get their supply suddenly cut off. Estrogen is good for memory and a lot of other things, so it's annoying to think about ;| |

@Kuma: Really? Maybe that's why I have a near-shitty memory o_o. And yeah. Mine were one day per month, which was amazing, especially since it'd bleed for one day and spot the rest. I'd be happy with it, but I want children when I'm older. IF ONLY IT WAS NOT NECESSARY! *fumes at her luck* |

*peeks in thread* Hmm... You guys're cool, XD. I...kinda wish I were a dude...I've got such an manish brain, height and voice but I think my estrogen levels are mostly normal (I think I only skip my cycle when Im stressed...which is often But also...my memory is getting pretty bad, O_o. SO about the OP...I'm like shocked and just totally pissed about it...I don't get it...I don't get this freakin country x__x. I like Kirvee's idea for how we can solve this, and I hope it can happen... |

@kuma: Aww that sucks D=. I actually skipped mine for 3 months in a row a couple years ago...which was awesome but I had to worry cuz that coulda meant cancer. Oh how it lead to my first and never intended gyno exam...>.>;; (I forgot what was actually wrong with me lol) That's really sweet that you're going to an art school though. I'd expect them to be cool like that too. Wish I had talent for such schools. Grr. |

@Kuma: You are very, very lucky. I'm in a Christian school. It's something I'm very happy about. But, such a thing would be unheard of. Gay people? In our school? What? Yeah, you know what I mean. It's hard not to. -sighs- I don't get it. At all. What's so wrong about accepting those kinds of people? Anyway, I'm at like... 5'7" (Gosh, I'm Canadian and only know my height and weight in imperial units lol). o3o I'm under 16. I REALLY LIKE TO DRESS GIRLY. I SWEAR. It's fun. -dies- BUT REMEMBER: ONLY REALLY MANLY MEN I really want to go to an art school. D; My friends said I should. I can't think of any good ones in Toronto though. -sobs- Plus... like... aslkdjglkasdlgag I AM SUCH AN UNTALENTED PIECE OF CRAP THAT laksjlkdasjdlg ;A; |

@Chi: OMG FINALLY SOMEBODY YOUNGER THAN ME. HALLELUJAH. I NEVER THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME. Keep practicing. My school is a boarding school and takes international students, so if you feel up to it, you should apply. It's called Interlochen Arts Academy, and it's in Michigan. And if you really don't feel confident about it, you can apply for a general studies major, and you just have to have good academics. I don't understand girls either .___. Also, as I mentioned before, I wear lolita, which is the epitome of girly. But it's just crossdressing to me. XD @kiwi: I narrowly avoided a gyno exam. |

You best be joking : ) - there's OCAD downtown, and I'm in the visual arts program up at York. There's also at least one animation school. Plenty of choices! My friends at UofT claim is has an art program, but I'm pretty sure it's just art history. Oh, and Ryerson for photography! I saw a show of Ryerson students' graduating work the other week, it was pretty all right. Best to keep in mind, though, that both OCAD and York are pretty conceptual programs - they want you to be able to have great ideas and to be able to discuss artwork just as much as they want technical skill. Anyway, let me know if you want more info~ But yeah, in relation to earlier discussion - I think the best way to do is to change the way marriage works at all. Have one marriage as a simple union acknowledged by the government, regardless of the sex of those involved. Not a religious service. If the couple chooses, they can then go get their marriage recognized by a church and have a church service. I don't think it's fair to force churches to have gay marriages - they totally have their freedom to not practice it, but they shouldn't stop others from having the choice. You know, sometimes I wonder if religious people speaking out against gay marriage know that tons of atheists get married all the time, legally. =/ |

@Kuma: There, there. I'm always younger than everyone @La: I meant, for my age. ^^; Sorry 'bout that. Yeah, you brought up a very good point about the atheist thing. -sighs- I hate the bad name that those kinds of people gives the more compassionate, understanding Christians. Because I know plenty that have no qualms about gay people. Then again, I know a couple - only a couple - that are extremely... against such practices. It sucks that I can't speak out. I'm in an environment where it's infinity to one if I even so much as try to tell them that they're wrong. @Kiwi: You make me feel perverted |
