Played By: Gyl Other Characters: Professor Ward, Jamie Gray, Jack Lowell, Everhart Mayfield, Jayce Ravenscroft, Aiden Thorn the basics Name: Heidi Veronica Scarlett Age: 74 Species: Vampire Years Teaching/On Staff: First. Took over when Domesday took a year or three to write a novel. Pet: Georgie; the cockatiel Model: Miss Megan B00 appearance Heidi is short and curvy, standing at 5'6" and could have been a pin-up model in the 1950s. Which is what she was in fact before she was changed, a budding model who got her career cut short. Heidi has a heart-shaped face. Her hair is long, black and curly. Falls just past her shoulders when loose. She's got full lips and likes to wear red lipstick. Her skin is alabaster and smooth~ Bright blue eyes that she hides behind glasses sometimes. Her dress sense is pencil skirts and suspenders and tops cut so low they're barely legal...her bras sometimes peeks over them but she doesn't mind. Since they're usually lacy and bright coloured. It's just a part of her outfit, an accessory if you will. If it shows a little then so be it. the past She had a good childhood, cared for she just always thought there was more to her life then suburbia and being a little housewife with four or five kids and a dog and a cat. So she left for the city and it was there that she got into modeling and partying. Heidi has always been a sassy girl. Witty and flirtatious and this was especially true when she was in her 20s. She partied hard...champagne, a little bit of drugs...more then a little bit of love. She was a free child...she was a child of the 60s before the 60s were even around. Being a budding pin-up model in the 50s, she was many a famous photographer's muse. But she never really took off...if you looked though you are likely to find a couple of photographs and perhaps a sketch from the era on the internet but she wasn't famous. Scarlett never got that far because she was taken...or rather wooed away by a charming little vampire. She was flitted away this way and that. City to city~ party to party~ but he kept her and she stayed by his side. She loved him...or maybe it was passion. She once heard passion only lasted four years and that was exactly how long they lasted. He changed her int he last few months of their relationship...perhaps as a way to try and salvage it but...it didn't help. They grew apart. It wasn't a break up so much as a mutual understanding of they wanted to go their own way. The partying life style had tired her out finally... For the next 30 or so years she found herself odd jobs. She grew especially fond of library it was a good way of getting information and she still modeled on the side. However it was in this decade that she found a rather good following for fetish and pin-up models. She did well for herself for a little while until she met up once again with her old flame. That same vampire from long ago...oddly enough they found each other through a social networking site much to both of their amusement. But he let her know about the job opening at Oddhart. A librarian specifically much to her delight...and so she applied and hoped for the best! the present She's bubbly and bright and talkative. If she can get a student to stay long enough and they're not doing anything but hanging out she will try and initiate conversation. She enjoys her time among the students and the younger generations of each decade. Keeps her from falling too out of touch with the world of today. Scarlett has a photographic memory and can name all sorts of titles and where to find them as well as catalog numbers from the top of her head. She is easily distracted though which is why she enjoys being the librarian, so many books...and so many things to keep her occupied. Be it shelving books, helping students find them or reading herself. There is always something to do. The vampire enjoys the hoards of students and people that come in and out of the library. As outgoing as she might be...she is very careful not to interrupt other students and when some others are being bothersome Scarlett does grow irate if she tells students to be quiet and they don't and when there is a lack of respect for her, other students and the books. You are likely to get a stern telling off with a lot of finger pointing as well as being sent out of the library for the rest of the day. |
