Thanks Groovers. The security where pretty hot on stopping people filming / taking pictures - their job made easier by people videoing with their phone torches bathing the whole auditorium in light. Not. During the second set they seemed less evident so I snapped away. Samsung S6 phone. Bloody excellent really. |

Listened to full gig (from Y!) and have to say that I love all the new stuff and can't wait for the new album. I hope they do revise / jiggle the set as it just doesn't "flow " right to my ears. First thing I'd do for a start is put Time in first half and make Money/Us&Them the first encore. Also Sorrow just isn't strong enough so late in the set. Just my humble two penneth. :-) |

Kind of you to say so, Ron. EVERYTHING on auto but no flash! Simple as that, plus a two-handed grip to avoid shake - but the S6 copes with shake very well. Which show(s) you seeing? Edited by mike lacey, Sep 8 2015, 04:15 AM.

Love the stage...the pictures remind me of 70's Floyd's stage w. the lighting of the 1987-89 tour |

Great show, nice venue, lighting for the size of it, good to see the big circular screen, great set, covered the back catalogue and the order in which they came kept the show fresh, vocals a bit strained on some of the numbers that have the rougher singing technique, few arseholes in the crowd, the usual, getting up dancing, early on, knowing you're going to be told by the guy behind you to sit down, shut up etc, people getting irate then saw at least 3 incidents of that in my vicinity, all drink related or so for sure, great rehearsal show, few mistakes, laughed off between the band, unusual to see David do one number, think it was "Faces of Stone" with no guitar hung around his neck, just hands down by his side, a lot of the more mellow vocals are hard to sing also I'm sure on the new material. Fantastic show.
