But you should also make sure you're not practically staring into a lightbulb, which emphasizes the fact you should have an outside source of light to contrast against the bright screen.

If would be unhealthy. But if you adjusted the monitor brightness down to 5-10% it would reduce the percentage of unhealthyness right?
