I would say more like :59 with a 'Free Tibet' Y-shirt on. Am I right?
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

I resemble that person.

Time to get a new disguise. ;)

I liked my idea of "stunt double" better.

Though I should have realized that Ali, like Tom Cruise, prefers to do his own stunts. :D

Difference is we don't wish Ali to smash his face in doing them.
Went to the JobCentre today, and the Army were there going "Be the Best" ... now T-Mobile just told me I didn't have the qualifications to sell phones, Microsoft said I didn't have the qualifications to answer the phones, and the Army want to let me loose with a machine gun?

I think in all seriousness if some of my 'stunts' involved Cameron Diaz, I'd be quite keen to do all my own ones too!!

Nice work, my friend.

At least that wasn't released on a mass-produced DVD. I can't watch Porcupine Tree's "Arriving Somewhere..." for that reason.

It was the BBC that filmed that, with a ground-level dollycam on a track in front of the stage, plus two handheld (EFP?) cams, and a remote-controlled aerial cam for crowd shots.

As far as I know only She Cries was ever broadcast, but somehow a previous admin of this forum(!) managed to acquire what must be the complete BBC video footage (33 mins) ... and very kindly uploaded it for me ... although it is nothing like the quality of this YouTube.

[The best footage of me comes at the end of Shopping Trolley, where I do not look as idiotic as I do here!]

By the way, I do still do my own stunts ... not least because one never does know when one might be called upon to perform with Cameron Diaz!

I have been intimately involved with some cunning stunts in my time. ;)

:huh2: Ummm, anyway........

Back on topic, I found the link in my bookmarks to the full 33 minutes, though it is in a small, low-quality BBC RealPlayer format:

Excellent ... that is exactly what I have!

One can make it full screen, but it is a long way from HD. The sound is pretty good though and it is a lovely record of a very special day in my life!

August 1st 2004 it was. :D

indeed, looking at you rocking out there sir i'm surprised you remember it...
I would like you on
A long black leash
I would parade you
Down the high street
You've got the attraction
You've got the pulling power
Walk my little doggy
Walk my little sex dwarf
