Yeah. The topic description says it all. OMGWTFBBQ.

This map was really really hard to make but it is quite impressive and fun to play.

Try it out.

This doesnt look to bad all in all I would like to point out somethings however. Try to aviod dead ends, for example on the second floor the long hallway on the right, you could connect it to the 37 at the bottom, the 12 in the middle and flip the 19 and connect it to the 15. Also add a few more weapons and spwan points in area that dont have and items in them, this would encourage people to go over there and it would make sure that the whole map is used. Also im not sure if this was intentional but you did not mention any bots, lighting or weapons, the latter of which should definitly be included. It looks like you did good connecting the floors ( so it doesnt feel like three seprate one story levels ). I think you did a stand-up job considering. As an answer to you topic description ROTFFLMFAOSHLOL :nerd:

Bots/lightning/weapons are up to you. I could not think of any bots to include in this level, and the lighting is all plain white, nothing to change. Weapons are all up to you.

Those dead ends are supposed to be there.

Edit: Just saw the dead end at the end of the long hallway and I now agree with you, but the #19 tile near the pit can be used for teleporters or even a zone area.

war torn city took more time to plan and make than your map
anyway, what annoys me in your map, is that some things seem randomly made (at least on the plan), and theorically I shouldn't get this impression from a map which took 6h30 to make.

Uh....that's why it's called the Insane Zone. I planned it out to be totally insane and hard to find your way through and it took me 6h30 to plan the insanity that ensues while duking it out with bots/friends in this level.

Randomness sells. Just like secks.

=D

Yah huh!

Believe me, some of the best maps I've seen are totally random which makes them hardcore and awesome to play.

:o Le Gasp!

Did you not check out my excellent Metropolis map with the building at the top of the map, where if you get in and lock the door, no-one else can get in and if you go down that slide in the building with the door locked, you cannot get back in? That is quality mapmaking my friend.

my best map seems randomly made, but isn't. at all. :P
so I tried your map, and indeed I had a lots of trouble finding some areas. actually it wasn't really impressive, the map might be tricky, but it's simple in another way. not all the areas are used, and you can't get in some of them (at all). it's sometimes hard to find opponents, which is strange if you consider there are mainly 2 main arenas.
well, it's still a bit fun to play, but it really seems too random.

Just looked at this map. It looks huge! Maybe, just maybe, I will try to make this map, but I keeps saying that to other maps too though. I just got back from vacation a day ago.
